Placed online order 25 min before closing time only to have employee tell me over the phone that “they have already put up the ice cream for the evening.” Lazy EE’s - will go elsewhere in the future.

They don’t even look at you when you walk in. Where are the tables? 2??

Obviously a management issue…total fail

Rating 5 stars based on the hilarious 1 star reviews lol all these people roasting the staff that’s composed of high schoolers makes me want to go and give it a try to see if the rumors are true…. Coming back to give a full in-house non bias review after ordering my double chocolate chip shake!!!

I don't understand the hype around Coldstone ice cream. First and last time here.
The Sundae Shoppe brand at Aldi is my go-to, and tastes so much better than this.
Coldstone tastes gloopy to me

This is my absolute favorite ice cream shop. However, I visited the store on Monday Monday afternoon. Actually later towards the evening around 6:00. There were two nice ladies working the front but by disturbing site allowed me to see them with gloves on their hands. They appear to be taking inventory of writing, cleaning, and handling the food all at the same time. No change of gloves at the time in seeing them clean and take those same hands and pick up the cake was really awful. What took the cake is The last thing that took everything over the top is, after all of this handling of things with the same gloves that they serve the food with one of the ladies begin to fix ice cream for someone and she started scratching and digging in her ears. I was just sick to my stomach at that point. i’m writing this review in hopes that management will see this and to speak with the ladies and make sure food handling preparation is a much better experience. As I stated at the beginning this is my favorite ice cream shop and I definitely plan to return. Expecting to see a much better view and have a much better experience

The workers are nice and fast

Worst cold stone I’ve ever been to. I ordered Surrender to Strawberry. On the left picture is what they made for me. It looked a lot different than the picture on the right from their menu.
It was horrible.
Tables in the shop were dirty. Young people who work there didn’t smile. They were staring at me and they acted like they didn’t want to be there. All they said was “what size”

It’s not worth spending $10 there.

As soon as we got in, we noticed a stench. As we walked closer to the counter, the smell got worse, like spoiled milk and dirty rags. We also noticed trash piled up in the back.
Would recommend washing their rags and mops more frequently.
Nonetheless, the service was good.

I used to love coming to Cold Stone, but after today’s experience, I’m really disappointed. The service was horrible. I was rushed through my order and not even asked politely what I wanted. The employee who helped me was rude and made the whole experience feel stressful and uncomfortable. There was no friendliness or effort to provide good customer service. It’s hard to enjoy a treat when the atmosphere feels so tense. Definitely not the same place I used to enjoy.

The place had no A/C we spent about $30 on 3 small icecreams that were melting as soon as we got them .

A waste of 18 dollars, for two tiny cups of already melted ice cream. It was hot as balls in an ICE CREAM shop, and there was a foul odor in the place. One guy was literally stepping on the counter with his dirty shoes, and the ice cream was awful. Do not recommend.

So yummy!!! Great service!
