We placed an in-advance order for a white half sheet cake for a birthday party. I sent my father-in-law to pick it up and they had the wrong cake (small round). They said they didn’t have any more half sheet cakes, sorry. So now I’m scrambling around Rockwall mere hours before a party scrambling to find a cake for our 16 year old. Very disappointed in the service. Would not recommend for a party. Otherwise, their bakery is delicious.

Chelsie from Costco at Rockwall treated my family and I in a improper manner. My two sisters and my mom all have three different memberships but my sisters didn't have them on hand only on app which was down at the moment. My mom was going to use her membership on my sisters. Chelsie began to remark us in an abrupt way demanding how we couldn't when we've done many times in the past. If we were to scan in the self checkout with my mom's membership, there wouldn't be a problem. Chelsie does not deserve to work at costco!

Horrible Service from the Tire Center and Customer Service Reps don't really care about their jobs enough to fix communication issues. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to get someone from the Tire Center and after the call drops, I would call again and ask to connect to administration, only to be immediately transferred back to the Tire Center to wait until the call drops again. Expensive services for horrible customer service and no compensation for my time lost trying to provide them business.

We have been members at Costco for over 10 yrs. Went this past Sunday(12.17.23), as we were doing the self check out. We started having issues with the scanner the young lady came over to help. As my husband and I started discussing dinner plans, the young lady starts scanning. We pay the total due, as we are walking out a couple items were missed. Dakota (Supervisor) comes over to help. As he is looking at the items I made the comment to my husband "you should of made sure they scanned everything". Dakota turns around Very Aggressively, asked are you talking to me. I said no I was talking to my husband. As Dakota is walking away he tells a co-worker. I'm trying to help THESE PEOPLE and they are giving me attitude. My husband said no one was giving you attitude. Dakota comes around to walk us to the door like we are some kind of criminals. As he (Dakota) is walking he(Dakota) is literally arguing with my husband. My husband did mention how unprofessional he was being. We have never felt so EMBARRESED and BULLIED as we did there. So as we walk out an older couple stop us, they apologized for they way we we're treated! We will drive 18 miles out of our way to head to Costco in McKinney. We will not renew our membership!!

Great value, however paper goods are more expensive without the individual wrapping they would provide on the Kirkland brands. These businesses keep socking it to the consumer.

Please bring back sashimi salad and the other salad with the mini tomatoes and mozzarella cheese-balls, and stay open later on weekends.

They need more employees to help check out. The wait time has gotten ridiculous. Try to go during the weekday because weekends are very busy.

I love shopping here because I always get a good deal when coming here. They have big bulks of items for a fraction of the price of what you can get at the store.

This is getting ridiculous, Costco needs to just get rid of the self checkout. They check the card coming in and then you have to scan your card to checkout, now to use self checkout you have to show them your card again. The self checkout here is already the hardest in the industry to use, dont try and touch anythin gyou put down, it will stop and a an employee will have to come over and clear it for you. I get that they want only members shopping here but arent they still getting the money? I ge they don;'t get the annual fee but if they are depending on that fee for profit then they are thinking all wrong. Man what I wouldn't give for a Sam's near me to use the app to check out...

Tire shop genius left the hood unlatched on wife's suv and didn't say anything . it opened on her on the way home and when I called them he said it was hard to close and he said nothing to her left it -idiot. it closed fine for her little boy. Be careful people there is some real winners at this place now . Tire service shop Rockwall Cosco stay away from it.

Was shopping at Costco today went to self checkout to pay for my items a young white guy was standing their ask if I had my membership card I said yes he glance at it and I proceeded to check out my items. A Hispanic older gentleman comes to check out he ask let me see your membership card flip over the card and asked what's your name the gentleman proceeded to checkout and he yell at him stating next time get your own membership. This was so disappointing to hear him being treated like a kid. Not sure if this is their new policy to look at the picture and ask what's your name but theirs a better way of handling this. Why not check before entering or post a sign stating they will be checking membership. As a minority this does not sit well with me. I feel like this cover was racially profiled Costco needs to do better.
