This review is based sorely upon not getting my food after the order being placed. I have eaten at the Cotton patch before and the food is delicious. I am an American who speaks English the driver sent did not speak English and could not find my truck at Love's truck stop. It is infuriating. I am a hungry trucker all I wanted was my food. Directions were easy if you speak our language. Now I am hungry without food. This is not aimed at Cotton patch it is aimed at doordash. Get your stuff fixed disappointed driver wanted his fixings from the Cotton patch while he was in this area it's been over a year since I've got to have their delicious food.Sincerely,Hungry in Rockwell TX

By far the worst place to order by door dash. I ordered a simple chicken & dumplings with 2 veggie, skillet Cornbread, & tea. I got squashed rolls, no veggies, chicken & dumplins is more just soup, hardly any chicken or dumplins. I called spoke with manager Stephanie, which was also a joke.

We went as a large group so I understand that the service was a bit more difficult for our waiter tonight. He had a great personality and was fun to joke around with. Unfortunately, he was a bit overwhelmed and kept forgetting our drinks and appetizers.We all appreciated his sense of humor and not showing he was overwhelmed.I just think when you have a part for 12 or more you need to have additional help.Thank you for keeping up your spirits and providing a service we won’t forget.
