I just wanted to share my experience with this location. Honestly at first it was horrible however calling and talking to the manager Brook sh was amazing and took care of are frustrations. Because of her I will go back. Thank you for making a bad experience so much better.

I had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was perfect. The ice cream was delicious, and the Blizzard was packed with toppings in every bite. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the chicken strip basket and fries. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.
Thank you DeAnna Barnett at the Rockwall DQ for saving our DQ adventure! We stopped at a nearby DQ & had the worst crystallized ice cream, that was not edible! You could see that the ice cream wasn’t right! Sadly we only got directed to an email address to send a complaint & request a refund… because we still desired a DQ blizzard adventure we drove to the Rockwall store & encountered the smile & helpfulness of DeAnna. She gave us a sample of the ice cream… which met the true DQ quality & then oversaw the preparation of our blizzards making sure they were perfect! DeAnna you helped put a smile on our faces and joy in our tummies! You are a DQ rock star!!!
