I almost gave up on this place ! I go on my break this place has had a turn around within the past 2months granted the cashier on drive thru pulls you around I’m thinking it’s to keep the cars moving idk and honestly I don’t mind I want my food fresh and done so I don’t have anything negative to sayI went on Taco Tuesday I ordered 12 tacos the cashier lady and the cook. Made sure everything was perfect ! I truly appreciate that also the cashier helped walk me out I had my hands full great customer service that dayThat cashier said have a wonderful Taco Tuesday it trickled me lol didn’t catch any names sorryBut thanksDiary Queen Rockwall

The girl in the red hat was doing so good. she had great customer service and she was very helpful at the window. she pulled us up but the food came out fast. seems like a great environment, good food I got the #2 and she looks like taylor swift lol

This is the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever experienced!! My husband and I went through the drive through for ice cream cones dipped in chocolate. We ordered one large and one medium. When we got them they were both melted and dripping ice cream all over the place! I asked the lady which one was large because they were both the same size. She just looked at us and closed the window! I will never go back and spend my money at this place!!!

There IS a combo meal that includes a small sundae or dillybar, fries and sandwich.., and drink. Cheeseburgers are great and they give a ton of fries, too. Oh. And I love (rats-my mind went blank (my wife says it spends a lot of time THERE! Ha2). OH- THE WHITE GRAVY TO DUNK CHICKEN STRIPS IN!!Kid-friendliness: Kids always like icecream, blizzards, sundaes, EtcWheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair Accessible.
As soon as I walked in the cashier left to go to the bathroom and took his sweet time. It took forever to pick up an order that was sitting ready to go in the kitchen. Terrible management.

Me and my wife went to the drive thru had 3cars ahead they moved pretty fast the lady who took our order was the bomb omg we loved her voice so we gets to the window we were greeted with NOTHING BUT SMILES AND BABY WE WERE SO HAPPY YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD HARD WORKO BTW THE CASHIER WASKATHERINE. SHE THE SWEETEST PERSON EVER !!!!! Our food was great everything over all was the bestThank you soooooo much DIARY QUEENROCKWALL

The service was really slow here and the ice cream melted pretty quickly, within 5 minutes. Overall when I left here, I was thinking it shouldn't have taken over 10 minutes for ice cream. Not a good experience at all.

This has got to be the worst Dairy Queen in Texas. Have tried this place twice. 1st time sat waiting over 30 minutes just to order and another 20 waiting to get food. Tonight waited 30 minutes to order and receive food- food was not ready when I got to the window for a chicken strip meal and a burger combo. How does a burger restaurant not have mustard 3 hours before they close. 1/2 the staff are coughing but handling food and ALL the food was cold- burger, fries, and chicken strips. I asked to sub gravy for BBQ sauce 4x and still somehow never got BBQ but gravy instead. The next place to go out of business in Rockwall should definitely be this place. The best thing we got tonight was the 1/2 flavored soft drinks. DQ executives should try this place they probably wouldn’t even give it to their dogs at home.

I am a lifelong Dairy Queen fan. Sadly, this location is dirty, the service is slow (over 20 minutes to get my order with only 3 other customers there at lunch time), and the food was served at room temperature. Even the soft drink machine is bad - the drinks taste "off", with little carbonation. Some experienced adult supervision at this location is sadly needed.
