Hardly anyone there and it took an hour for us to get our food. Server was disorganized and clearly overwhelmed with no help, as I said, they were not busy. I could have gone to Waffle House or ihop with the 30 minute wait times and been out quicker. Total time for order, receive eat and checkout, 1 and a half hours.

It is hot like the air conditioner doesn't work right and it's dirty. The tables were sticky and the high chairs/ boosters had caked on dirt/food on them. Need some serious deep cleaning. The food was good though.

Irs been a long time since I stopped at a Dennys. Was in the area in Rockwall and decided to stop by. Had a really good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the food was just perfect. Will not be waiting that long to go back.

Cameron and Mellisa were great! Warm, friendly, and aim to please. Food was good and fresh. This Dennys restored my patronage. I had stopped going to Dennys because the atmosphere was dirty; smelly and food was not good; but not this one! This one was clean, smelled nice, including the restroom. I will be back! Thanks Dennys of Rockwall for restoring my faith in you to bring my family and myself to a restaurant that's all the above and comfortable! 2 Thumbs up!!!

Food was ok service was ok restaurant was not ok had no heater look like mold on the ceiling soda machine was frozen all they had was juice or coffee. Coffee was cold not a good experience and I like Dennys but I probably don't recommend go to the one in

And fire the employees hot boxing their white sedan.I’ve never had someone take my order out of uniform and smell more of lettuce then the devil himselfI don’t know who was cooking but it seems like Hellen Keller so give her a raise.The lady asking if my meal was okay…. Yeah sorry I didnt give you a piece of what was really going on in my mind. Seemed like you had enough trauma going on.Might want to go to ihop right across the street. They don’t have clowns working there like this circus act.

Ordered 4 meals from the DENNYS website for delivery and didn’t receive 2 of the pancake orders that come with the meals. Called this location as it was the location of which my order got delivered from and spoke to the overnight manager named Anthony. He was beyond unprofessional, condescending, laughed in my face and refused to offer me any sort of solution for me to receive my missing items. On top of that he told me it was “my problem” and that he couldn’t issue a refund he only “made the food” and then proceeded to hang up the call TWICE. Throughout both of my calls, all Anthony did was raise his voice, yell, laugh, talk over me and then hang up on me. He seriously needs some management and customer service training. Needless to say I will be contacting the corporate office. Very disappointed. Take your business elsewhere.

Service is great, food is good, atmosphere is pleasant. Restroom was clean as was the dining room.Dietary restrictions: My partner can eat anything, I am gluten free. I love Denny's gluten free English muffins. I can even have an eggs Benedict here! I really like that there are enough menu items that I am not stuck eating the same thing every time we go here. Most places, I am stuck with a salad. Denny's gives me a few options. A few more would be great but I am glad they have some safe items.
