Came here last weekend and was in the drive thru for about 30min+. That’s a ridiculous amount of time to wait in the drive thru. When we finally got to the drive thru window, not even a “sorry for the long wait”..they just acted like that was normal. They get a 1 star because at least the food we ordered was still warm. Anyways, this is why I will always prefer Starbucks.

Been to this location 2 months ago and my breakfast sandwich had a piece of plastic inside. I requested a refund and they told me to reach out to corporate. I sent emails, reached out on Facebook, Instagram, and X. Someone named John emailed me saying he would give me a call to get my refund and still nothing, it’s been 2 months now and I’m disgusted with the food and the customer experience. Absolutely ridiculous!

literally so fast. i occasionally stop here on my drives to work and i’m always worried i won’t have enough time to get my order, but no matter what i get, they always have it ready asap. they haven’t ever skimped on my avocado toast and the servers are usually very friendly as well. shoutout rockwall dunkin’

This location is a life saver. We drove to this location instead of the lavon location because the newer workers at the lavon dunkin location mess up every one of our orders, and act as if its a problem to fix the orders they mess up. THIS LOCATION IN ROCKWALL HITS THE BALL OUT OF THE PARK

The drive -through is actively prioritized at the dismay of inside customers apparently. As the sole inside customer I had to wait considerably longer for a single serving of a hot drink while several cars who queued after my entry had their orders filled. I clearly noticed that my order ticket was pasted after a lapse of more than 10 minutes. Perhaps it would have been worthwhile if the drink had met my baseline expectations but sadly it did not.

The display of abundant varieties of pastries and doughnuts was appealing but begged the question how many of these were fresh.

This place is geared primarily for drive-through business. I didn't see any other customer enter or exit during the 20 odd minutes I had to spend to collect a cup of coffee and and specialty doughnut.

I came in asking for an application and the staff was completely rude. It might not happen to other people but It happened to me. No smiles, no warm welcome. I was shooed off right when i asked of they were hiring; yes, i shooed off like an animal by an elderly lady who seemed to hate her life. The woman at the front counter was completely rude when i asked her instead, gave a bad atittude towards me. The people in the back were watching with nasty looks. I dont understand what that was about but it just wasnt right. I will never come back to this dunkin donut.

The past 3 times I’ve ordered Ive asked for no cheese and received cheese. It’s not just lactose intolerance I have an allergy to casin. Super frustrating. I can’t leave work multiple times to keep having them fix my order. Very frustrating. The staff is always super friendly but just getting tired of my orders always getting screwed up.

I meet up with another mom and our babies here almost every week. The staff is always friendly and kind. They remember us and always go out of their way to make sure we have a wonderful experience. They make the best coffee and food at this location and their dine in area is spotless every time we go.

I hate going to this Dunkin' location in the evenings because the customer service is consistently awful during that time by the teens that work there. The evening and weekend shift is usually run by a group of teenage kids who have very poor behavior and attitudes. One of the worst experiences I’ve had was with a girl who had red braided hair (not sure if she still does), but the attitude and lack of professionalism from the evening crew has been a constant issue.
That said, I want to give credit where it's due. I went again this evening and was genuinely surprised by the service I received. Jackie greeted me at the speaker, kindly repeated my order, and apologized at the window for the wait, explaining they were short staffed. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism.
Adam, the teenage boy who handed me my drinks, was also very polite, addressed me as “ma’am,” and wished me a good day. He is a clear exception to my usual complaint about the young staff at this location. Adam’s behavior was very respectful.
Thank you to Jackie and Adam for your exceptional customer service. Even under pressure, with only the two of you working, you both kept your cool and treated customers with respect, something that’s been sorely lacking during other visits at this location.
The two stars I’m giving is because there were two polite employees, otherwise it would be a ZERO.
