This Dutch Bros has the absolute worst drive thru. Rarely is there a person outside to take orders until at least 5 cars are waiting. Do not use drive thru to pick up online orders - they will sit out until u come through. I asked if our drinks had been sitting out and was told no. The condensation on the cups and the melted ice suggest otherwise.

I'm a Dutch bros lover, but this location has a lot of room for improvement. Speed of service is quite slow, and menu knowledge of the employees should be better, and the Dutch bros service experience is certainly lacking compared to other places. I've experienced lots of messed up drinks here, and long wait times.
