I'm a Dutch bros lover, but this location has a lot of room for improvement. Speed of service is quite slow, and menu knowledge of the employees should be better, and the Dutch bros service experience is certainly lacking compared to other places. I've experienced lots of messed up drinks here, and long wait times.
So happy we have this place! Seriously the friendliest people work here. And their coffee is great! I use to go to Starbucks before this opened, I honestly enjoy dutch bros so much better.
The customer service here is superb!!! The Managers were very open to hearing our concerns about one of our drinks. They were more than willing to make things right for us. They went above and beyond. Thank you DB! We’ll be back ?
