Edo Japan is a fantastic find in Rockwall. The service was outstanding—everyone was genuinely kind and made sure we had everything we needed without any delays.
I tried the spicy tuna roll and the lobster cooked roll, and they were both amazing. The spicy tuna roll had a great balance of heat and fresh flavor, and the lobster roll was packed with rich, delicious bites. You can tell they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen.
This place is definitely worth a visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Extremely clean, lightning fast service, lovely Japanese design. The food delighted and surprised me. I ordered the crab rangoons, vegetable hibachi lunch and jasmine tea. The onion dressing on the side salad was delicious and new to me, but surprisingly the dressing on the crab rangoon salad was different, kind of like a light honey mustard. If you're not a miso soup fan, try the clear onion soup, very flavorful. The Hibachi vegetables were filling and had a great soy based sauce with spices. The green tea ice cream is yums. No matter how stuffed you are it fits in the cracks nicely. All in all a great experience. You could have a date here easily.
