Ordered to go 2:55 told 10 min. Sat in lobby 25 min, went counter and told to leave my number could take several hours staff went on break. Requested money back, told we do not issue refunds. What alternate reality do they operate in?? This is my first ever truly negative review.

First visit but won’t be the last. We were in the area and stopped in for ramen based on the reviews. We were not disappointed. Our food was delicious and our waiter (Nate) was outstanding - very attentive. The prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to coming back next time we are in Rockwall.

Bartender Micheal was amazing, second time here. We came in on a sunday FULL BAR, he still was efficent and great comunication and such a wonderful soul. We fell in love more than we are with this place if you come visit ask for micheal! 💗💗💗

I often come here for lunch — but yes, I’m also the lady who comes back for Happy Hour at Edo Japan! The food is outstanding, and the bar staff, Mark and Michael, are fantastic. Management is top-notch — Anna, the manager, is always walking around making sure every customer is satisfied. The waitstaff is awesome and always so helpful!
The music is great, but I do miss the country tunes. We live in a small town here in Rockwall, and most of the restaurants play country music — it just fits the vibe! Please bring back some country variety to your playlist.
Never a bad meal here. We ordered a few sushi rolls along with chicken lettuce wraps for dinner. Everything was fresh & delicious. Best sushi on this side of town. Oscar was very attentive & was always one step ahead of us. Ambience was calm, yet enjoyable. Definitely will be back!

Outstanding experience here at Edo! The sushi and sashimi were super fresh, the water was super cold, and the wasabi was super hot! Try the bento box with sushi and sashimi and you will not be disappointed.

Was so disappointed. First off when I reach hibachi I was expecting a hibachi area where I can watch them cook in front of me like I've had before but they didn't have that which was the big reason I wasn't to try. The waited way longer then we stayed. Wait was about 45 mins to a hour and we stayed only about ten mins after getting ur food. Me and my husband both got fried rice (shrimp,chicken and shrimp) the flavor just wasn't there for us.the shrimp tasted way to over done or like the already cooked shrimp I get from walmart. Then our stomach both started to hurt and we felt nauseous. To top it off I seen gnats flying around our table. And t me I just wasn't impressed with the atmosphere.gave me more of a sports bar atmosphere versus a Japan restaurant. Won't be going back..EVER!!
