This was our first time at this particular location. Parker took very good care of us! We had planned to visit early this morning, but I wasn't feeling well. So we ended up visiting just before closing time. I hate going to places just before they close, but we never felt pressured or any negativity during our visit. The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind, and the food was great! We will be back!

My bagel sandwich was really good except they forgot my onions. .I don't know something about onions it makes a sandwich tastes even better.

not sure who manages this place but they need a new one. staff sucks and messes up orders constantly. got a SIMPLE toasted cinnamon sugar bagel with shmear and it was absolutely cold like it was just grabbed right off the shelf. absolutely disgusting. also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, toasted as well, and it came COLD with the cheese not even close to melted. egg was undercooked and cold and so was the bacon. bagel was no where near toasted. i’ve given the benefit of the doubt plenty of times and i will not be returning after this. they never take accountability and are never friendly. absolute trash. if there was option for 0 stars i would’ve put it. i am extremely disappointed yet again and will no longer be spending money for SIMPLE BAGELS to be screwed up every single time. do better.
I'm not sure who owns and manages this place. The staff has no attention to any detail whatsoever. They mess up my order the majority of the time. Today did it for me. They messed up my order twice in a row within 3 days. Today I ordered 2 plain egg sandwiches on plain bagel with 2 eggs and this is what I got. Igot a 1 egg sloppy put together sandwich. Pay for 2 eggs and don't even get 2 eggs. What a joke. 2 days ago I ordered the same and got someone else's order. The whole order was wrong. And to realize this only when I got home, how upsetting that is. I understand why they have a 3 rating out of 100+ reviews. Its the same issues over and over again. I will not be returning here again.

Food it good for what it is. Service was absolutely terrible, the person at the cash had a trainee and we were a larger group. The “manager” or whoever was training the new staff member was extremely rude and not patient what so ever. It was our first time here and the fact that we didn’t know the menu was a bother to him, no effort into explaining anything and there was no line behind us. Thanks but no thanks, there are multiple bagel shops around Dallas
