Placed an online order through the website. The charge went through on my card, but the store said they did not receive it and argued the order because the store register showed different cost for the same order. Don't know why the costs would be different when I used the Einstein website directly. The staff were completely unhelpful when I asked what I needed to do and wouldn't fulfill the order.

We always get bagels from them , today was not just our day we ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and coffee, we returned the bagel as it was stale and hard then we got the same one but toasted … will never come again

The only Einstein B I tried ordering “Lox and bagel” and was told “what? We don’t have Lox” (but they did)
Added- when it’s ordered (been here a few times) they wrap it in paper (you get it in a split box everywhere else)
Also. The famous Dark roast is an enigma to the employees. They only have “Coffee” apparently… (when asked)
Service has yet to match the quality (which really takes away from the Einstein B experience at this location)

This was our first time at this particular location. Parker took very good care of us! We had planned to visit early this morning, but I wasn't feeling well. So we ended up visiting just before closing time. I hate going to places just before they close, but we never felt pressured or any negativity during our visit. The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind, and the food was great! We will be back!
