Firehouse Subs Rockwall Plaza

This location consistently locks the doors before their posted closing time. Last time I could see the employees looking at me as I anxiously rattled the door. They then darted to the back area like little rats. I finally made it in 30 minutes before closing and they actually accepted my business. No smiles, no thanks and a pretty hastily made $20 sandwich combo which tasted nothing like the ones I’ve had for the past 15 years. This location is a poor example of the Firehouse brand.

Asked for extra pickle spear and mayo and no pickle spears and no mayo after takeout. Online order so no miscommunication. It was as clear english. Just bad service. The sandwich was okay but not worth $16

I’ve been to this Firehouse Subs in Rockwall about half a dozen times—always a solid choice for a quick lunch. The store is clean, the staff is efficient, and the subs hit the spot every time. Parking can be a little tight, but it’s well worth it for a good, fast bite.

My sandwich was just a normal sandwich and they made it so soggy. The pickle spear they gave me was thinner than my finger.

Nothing wrong with the food or the service, place is just overpriced and overrated. Order came up to almost $20 and it was just a kids sandwich and a medium size sandwich. At least the staff is nice.

I go here and pick up lunch for me crew at work on Saturdays, probably 2 times a month. They are always fast, friendly, and efficient. The food is always made correctly and bagged properly.

When I go to Firehouse I order the same thing every single time the Hook and Ladder. When I went Tuesday I ordered the same thing when I got home I had one slice of turkey and one slice of ham on a medium sandwich unbelievable. I tried calling, no answer and I even left a message and I still haven't received a call back.

Placed a DoorDash order at 12:33pm. Order said ready at 12:50. 120pm still no order as I watched everybody else get their orders. Workers seemed very incompetent. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m hungry and pissed at the terrible service.

Love firehouse Subs. This location is as good as the others, just the service was a little lazy this time. I walked in and I was greeted to a mix of "welcome to firehouse" and "are you picking up?". I needed an order to go so I asked for a small hero, fully evolved in white, to go. Then I was asked what size I wanted, then if I wanted fully envolved and then if I wanted it to here or to go, so yeah. But the sandwich was amazing as always
