This location consistently locks the doors before their posted closing time. Last time I could see the employees looking at me as I anxiously rattled the door. They then darted to the back area like little rats. I finally made it in 30 minutes before closing and they actually accepted my business. No smiles, no thanks and a pretty hastily made $20 sandwich combo which tasted nothing like the ones I’ve had for the past 15 years. This location is a poor example of the Firehouse brand.

Asked for extra pickle spear and mayo and no pickle spears and no mayo after takeout. Online order so no miscommunication. It was as clear english. Just bad service. The sandwich was okay but not worth $16

I’ve been to this Firehouse Subs in Rockwall about half a dozen times—always a solid choice for a quick lunch. The store is clean, the staff is efficient, and the subs hit the spot every time. Parking can be a little tight, but it’s well worth it for a good, fast bite.

My sandwich was just a normal sandwich and they made it so soggy. The pickle spear they gave me was thinner than my finger.
