Honestly, the food was good & service but the I couldn’t help but to notice how this lady treated her coworker. I will say I had no idea what was wrong with this young man to get treated like he did by this lady in a black shirt but some people don’t deserve a level of authority. This young man was TRYING & it was not hard one bit to just see he was TRYING but the patients she had with him was very unnecessary & immature. No customers complained beside this one lady who brought her fries back & the young man happened to make them. When i say this lady was impatient & disrespectful towards this man who was TRYING. She was disrespectful. I pray for his mental health & things of that nature because that lady did not take it into account. YOU DON’T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT NO MATTER HOW OLD YOU ARE OR THEY ARE! BE MATURE & HAVE SOME EMPATHY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THROUGH AND I’M GOING TO PRAY FOR HIM CAUSE YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE HE DIDN’T UNDERSTAND BUT HE WAS TRYING. I don’t wish unemployment on anyone but this lady needs it to be brought to her attention. Thats how people off themselves for real. Overall the food was good & when the young man took my order he it good because though he was messing up, HE WAS TRYING

DO NOT order delivery from the is location. They sent me COLD, half order, of a small fry. The manager offered a Gift Card but I do not have a car presently, so I won 't be physically heading out there anytime soon. Save your money and time and do NOT order take out fron this location. I have never had a problem with the price of food from Five Guys as the Burger is always worth it to me. But I don't think I will patronize this location EVER again

Once was a family favorite takeout. Lately messed up orders. Recently, delivery didn’t come in over an hour. When I called they would not refund my $75. My order is typically over $150! We drove up there in the rain only to be told some has picked it up, even though our app didn’t show that. Came home, no food. I had to drive back up there again and they remade the order. Three hours and two trips up there. Horrible experience!!!!!! Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service! Having good customer service is so important! Who is training these people?! Training needs to be evaluated because this is unacceptable. We're paying for overpriced food that is honestly not even that great, but at least I'd expect to receive good customer service. Adding this place to the list of places that I won't be giving my money to. Avoid this place and try in n out down the road instead. Better customer service and food! Last time coming here!

Placed delivery order through the application, got delivered to wrong house and when I followed the instructions to report to Five Guys, the number to the location went straight to Voicemail. I had to drive to the location, which defeats the delivery, and request a refund. Called 5 guys customer service number and got hung up on. Used to be a frequent user but that ends today. Good luck if you choose to dine here.
