The food is great. Most of the employees were awesome. There was one employee that was rushing. I think she was the manager because she seemed to tell the others what to do. She seems rude, yelling at the employees and had a bad attitude. Didn't smile at anyone. The other employees were nice smiling and very respectful to the customers.

The Reason for 3 Stars
The staff had the temperature Cranked Down to 60 Degrees inside.
When the Outdoor temperature was 69
Everyone had to eat outside
All tables were full outside.
No one wanted to eat inside because of the FREEZING temperatures
This happens every time we Visit.

First time at a Five Guys ever, excellent experience. Staff was so sweet and helpful when I mentioned it was my first time and I am GF.
Cheese burger was perfect and made with care. I got it loaded minus a few items. It was prepped and packed in a separate area from other gluten containing orders.
The absolute best fries I have eaten in while. The large fry is large, shared between multiple people.
The only true negative...
