BEST kolaches and klobasniks around! Perfection! My grandma (Czech) passed away and one of her wishes was to have kolaches at her service- FourCzechs Bakery to the rescue! DM’d them and within minutes, placed my large order. Quaint little shop, very welcoming and the staff feels like family. Everything is baked with love and you can taste it in every bite. The butter pecan kolache @ this spot is easily the greatest breakfast pastry I’ve ever had in my life. The other flavors are phenomenal as well and also the kolasniks are a really great savory counterpart to the kolaches. The only thing I would change is the drink selection and coffee. In hopes to keep this wonderful place going that’s low hanging fruit to increase revenue/profitability.
My family and I started coming to Four Czechs when they first moved to the area. We all love their real kolaches. We always get a variety of their flavors. We (and by “we” I mean my wife and I ) absolutely love the Klobasniks. All the flavors are great. If you don’t like spice, they have them without jalapeño.
