Freebirds World Burrito

This was my first experience with Freebirds. I did not really care for the food much at all, but the two young ladies that worked on Sep 15th around 2:30 made the experience worth wild to me. They provided amazing customer service and made the process easy for me. They were also patient with my coworker and her young child.

Dined in this location for lunch today. As we walked in there was a huge cockroach by our feet that was just stepped on (by the tortilla press area). The food was great as usual. We then went to look for a table to sit at and the tables were DISGUSTING and the floors had food all over them. The women’s bathroom was filthy and smelled horrible; Trash overflowing as well. We informed a male staff member of this and he cleaned one table area up by us by slamming the chairs, the broom, shaking his head, and had attitude because he had to do it. Again- food was great but environment has to improve or locals won’t be back.

THIS IS MY FAVE SPOT!!! I go out of my way to come to this location because my burrito is ALWAYS on point and the queso is THE BEST!! DO NOT get me started on Ash and how she runs this location like a CHAMP, A TRUE LEADER!! Ash, Kayla, and the team MAKE MY DAY with their kindness, empathy, and their attention to every detail. They really go above and beyond and I am forever thankful for them. I look FORWRD to coming to this location for customer service that is PERFECTION, food that is DELICIOUS, and a CHILL atmosphere that is inviting. THANK YOU ROCKWALL , YA'LL ARE THE BEST, I AM THANKFUL FOR YALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wanted to start by saying we Loved the food. We stopped by on a Saturday and we were happy that kids eat free on the weekends (1 kid entree & a drink per 1 adult entree). I had the freebird burrito with steak & chipotle crema on the side, all I can say is it was exquisite! My wife had the steak bowl and the kids got a chicken taco & quesadilla. My daughter ate the pinto beans as well. Paid about $30 which is a very good price for our family when we eat out. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area.

The food was 3/5 (big portions but not great). The service was excellent; however, the place is a little bit dirty and not very pleasant.

The people behind the counter are so nice. The food was delicious. The only issue I had, was that ordered to much food. Lol. The brisket monster burrito was so good.
