I ordered 2 dozen cookies online for pickup in 2 days. Went in to pick up and was told they didn't know what happened to the order. Sounds like whoever was in charge of looking at orders either didn't want to cook them, or employees just being lazy. They told me to give them 15 minutes to cook them, I was even trying to give them grace and told them I'd give them 30 min (note: this was for a Monday pickup, so not busy at all). Go back in after 30 min and they just started baking them. Had to wait another 30 min in the store. Please use caution when placing a bulk order. I will absolutely have to find another place to shop at.

Order a cookie cake for my Birthday on Wednesday feb 7 to pickup Sunday at 12:30They call me at 12:20 and said my order was not ready it would 2 pm before it was ready went at 2 pm still not ready they said 4 pm called at 4 pm said just need to decorate it come on it will be ready in 15 minutesI am guess I got my cookie horrible customer service do not order online it won't be ready

Yesterday we ordered a cookie cake for a 70th birthday and this is what the cake looked like. Icing all over and it looked horrible. Very disappointed in this. The cashier at the store said nothing about it and didn’t offer anything to fix this. For the price and for such a memorable birthday, this is very disappointing. I am posting this to make others aware in case you are buying in hopes of having a nice looking cake for any occasion.

I ordered a cake for pickup at 2:30pm. I never received a confirmation, so I reordered again a couple hours later. Once I arrived to pickup was told they did not have any record of the order and I had to show them the emailed receipt. Was told it would be about an hour so I waited for over an hour and a half before ot came out. Yhe staff was very nice and accommodated the order but the online order process is a nightmare to say the least. Recommend calling or going into the store if you need to put in an order for a future date.

I ordered a birthday cake cookie . The smallest one paid $46. Looked great. Got home that night after dinner to celebrate and the cookie cake was inedible. It was hard as a rock, super thin and had no flavor and I had asked for lots of icing. There was barely anything on top of the cookie besides the decorative part and the the birthday writing /decor. I have used them for years once a year for a birthday cookie cake ....... will never be back..

AVOID THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THE ROCKWALL LOCATION!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I ordered a cookie cake for a birthday party on 9/22/2023. Went to pick up my order the next day on 9/23/23 and my cookie cake had not been made. The guy told me the cook had not been there in a few days so a lot of the orders were not made. I asked for my money to be refunded back to me. He said the system wasn't working at the time. I went back two other times to ask for my refund, to speak to the store manager and they never would refund my $40.00 back. I called the Wylie Tx location and asked them if they knew of a corporate number or the owners number. They either didn't want to provide that information or didn't know but they suggested to look on the website to file a complaint and said they should respond within 24hrs. I did just that and no one responded back to me. I looked up who is the CEO/Founder of GAC and found Michael J Cole listed as a founder. I emailed him. He responded back pretty quick and said by law the company is suppose to give you the owners information and suggested I need to contact customer service. Unfortunately, he was of no help either. Long story short, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE BUISNESS AT LEAST NOT THE ROCKWALL TX LOCATION!! The Manger, Raphael, is of no help and is rude as well!
