The breakfast here at Heirloom inside the Hilton Resort Rockwall was fresh and well-portioned, but Teresa made the morning wonderful for us. She was so warm and welcoming and gave us some great information about the special events and live music happening tonight and this weekend so we wouldn't miss anything. My Husband and I also Captain on DFW Boatride and Sail with Scott, and we would love to be able to put our orders in without having to call. We called in a hamburger and some wings today, and the burger was supposed to be just meat and bread only with all the extras on the side; it came with everything on it, cheese and pickles included, and unfortunately my husband couldnāt eat it.
Most of us know how that game telephone usually goes, and we feel like this could have been avoided had we been able to place the orders online ourselves.

I recently dined at Heirloom Kitchen at the Hilton Hotel and wanted to share my experience. While I was disappointed with the fruit servingāsome pieces were overly ripe, and one even had a spot of white mold āI do want to highlight the excellent service from your staff. Teresa was incredibly kind and accommodating, and Maria also ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. I hope the food quality issue can be addressed, but the warmth and professionalism of the staff made a positive impact on our visit.

We had an amazing experience at Heirloom! We stayed at the Hilton for my nieceās wedding and we went to the Heirloom for all our breakfasts. Maria and Teresa were our waitresses each morning and they were lovely. Their smiles never left their faces and was so kind to us each morning. They both made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to make our experience perfect. Maria and Teresa was truly amazing and made us feel so cared for!

We had the brunch buffet, which had a great selection and was better than most hotel buffets. The stars of the experience were the wait staff, our servers Tere & Maria were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal!

I was disappointed the buffet (on the restaurant's Google info) was only for Hilton guests, but the friendly attention of Maria and Theresa made our brunch a very pleasant experience. Their service ensures that we will definitely go back on a weekend when brunch is open to all.

Great Valentines evening dinner with wine pairing. The four course meal was great with excellent wine pairings. Great atmosphere and attention to detail made for a special meal. Service was great and the chef visited our table to explain the dishes as well. Also included some chocolate covered strawberries to take home for the next day - We will be back.
