The dulce de leche coffee was to die for! and the guy who made it was pretty kind and cool js vibing and made our days better by handing out our coffee

Went into huckabees today and the nicest woman named Madison and she was so kind and just made the experience fun, and was very helpful and helping understand all of the drinks y’all have. She deserves a lot of praise.

Stopped by Huckabee Coffee in Rockwall today and tried two drinks the Dolce hot coffee and the cinnamon iced latte because I’m absolutely that person who loves having both a hot and a cold drink at the same time.

Both were so good! The iced cinnamon latte was smooth and refreshing with just the right touch of sweetness. I’m not a mocha person at all, but I decided to try it white mocha style and it was very good. Definitely a pleasant surprise. The Dolce hot coffee was warm, comforting, and perfectly balanced.

My usual coffee shop is closed on Sundays, and I really had a taste for some good coffee today so I’m glad I tried this location out by Lake Harbor. It definitely hit the spot.

I don’t mind coming back and mixing it up even more. Huckabee Coffee is a great spot if you love variety and flavor in every sip.

We were from out of town and like to check out local coffee shops. The location was great in a shopping center with a great veiw of the lake. My husband breve and my tea was good and we would go back again. Just don't expect the friendly staff. They were rude, just not welcoming. Which is kinda sad since the logo is a otter, which is known to be friendly.

One of the worst coffees that I have had in a while. I’m not sure if they’re professional on how to make a coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte which was insanely sweet even after asking for less sweet then even after having three coffee shots, the taste was awful. It tasted like water.

Why have special drinks that you won't make unless we buy a 20 dollar cup? At very least don't put that deal on the center screen

This is by far the top coffee destination in the area. The coffee taste fresh, great atmosphere, beautiful lake views, and friendly staff. Their coffee blows Starbucks out the water!

Came here while my car was getting serviced at the dealership nearby and just really wanting a peppermint mocha cappuccino, since they have the syrups in plain sight, we'll barista said they can't do that.... In my mind I'm like why not just add 2 pumps of mocha and 1 pump of peppermint.... Anyways I said just a regular cappuccino then, no flavor what so ever, most likely the coffee beans where old.

Husband got a basic coffee, half and half it was mid.... Nothing special and 2 bagels, which are not homemade, just store bought bagels...

All in all do not recommend.

The poor kid behind the counter looked like he hated his life and didn’t even speak to us. Poor guy! Management check in on him. Sunday at 12pm.

The staff is great! Super knowledgeable, fantastic drinks, and nothing but good vibes. A must go if you’re in Rockwall, or even in the area.

This review is being posted on a late Tuesday afternoon. Let’s start off with the good. The decor is pleasant and the music is just loud enough to be non invasive to conversation. Overall it is enjoyable. The service is lackluster. No smiles, monotone transaction, but still willing to accommodate the customer so it gets a rather neutral rating. I did not have food but ordered a flat white. The young man at the register asked me if I wanted 12 or 16 oz. I explained to him what a flat white was and asked if he could make it half the size, to which he accommodated. The chart inside the store even explains what’s. Flat white is. I am assuming this is not his fault, and is likely is likely a matter of needing to invest in employees and train them properly. Overall, Hukabees is a pretty decent coffee bar, but if it is going to have a. flat white on the menu it should serve it as intended; as a 5-6 oz drink comprised of a double shot of espresso with a splash of foamed milk. A 12 or 16 oz flat white is just a latte. The espresso itself was pretty good. It had a medium boldness with a cocoa finish.
