We love the coffee here, but the barista always act annoyed, and take forever to make our drinks. I ran coffee shops, so I know the time frame to deliver a great cup of coffee. This place has a great feel, and great offerings, just missing the mark on the cutomer side. Would love to share how to greet your customers and build repore, and build relationships with the Rockwall-ians.
Friendly staff but good lord so slow. In the amount of time it took to order (first person in line) and get a cup of warm water for oatmeal, my husband placed a burger order and got his food over at rodeo goat.
This was the first trip to Huckabees. I throughly enjoyed the iced Frappuccino and bagel. I was not sure what I wanted when I went into the store, but the barista Karlee ( I think that was correct spelling) was very polite and helpful with selection process. She was patient with explaining different coffees suited to my individual taste. Will definitely be making another trip as this was much better experience than the big chain coffee shops. Highly recommend.
