My wife and I went into this location on Monday morning. We were seated immediately and Tina came over to take our drink order. Tina is an attentive great representative for IHOP. After our drinks arrived, Tina introduced us to her trainee Hailey who also did a great job for us. It is obvious that Tina cares about her customers and keeping this IHOP running smoothly. She has trained Hailey well and it showed in her service to us. The Pumkin Spice pancakes were to die for and Tina even brought extra whipped cream without me asking because she heard me say I was going to use it in place of syrup. You cannot train that kind of customer service. That service comes from someone who genuinely cares about their guest's experience. GREAT JOB Tina and Hailey. We will definitely return to this location.

100% customer service oriented, I placed my order to go at the wrong location, but Nikki was able to help me cancel it and started working immediately on my order. She took one glance over my receipt and matched everything perfectly by memory and relayed it with the kitchen staff and ensured it was all there. Could not be more relieved to not have to wait longer and appreciate the helpfulness she exhibited the order took less than 10 minutes to come out and they even walked it out to my car. Thank you Nikki and staff!!!
This place had horrible service. We were the only 2 people in the whole restaurant and we couldn't get a decent waitress. The waitress barely even stop at our table when we called her over to ask for something. She walked up and once I started to tell her what we needed she started walking away. Then seemed annoyed when what she brought us wasn't what we asked for.

I’m making this review to simply highlight one of the greatest employees you have in the building her name is Nikki. She was so sweet so understanding she went through my order with me to make sure that everything was correct. I also can tell that she handles her employees with love and care even when they make mistakes and I believe that employees like this need to be kept around and given a raise
