Employees at this location seem as if they are being forced to work at gunpoint. The service was poor, the order was incorrect, the food was mediocre. This is obviously a poorly managed location. My advice is go elsewhere.

I truly had the BEST experience ! Montze was an amazing waitress and never let my Pepsi ice rattle…refills were there before I had to ask… But my SINCERE THANKS goes to NIKKI!!! I was panicking because I thought I left my wallet there. NIKKI told me she could look at the cameras to see if I left with it, so she took the time to walk me through where I sat , etc. and confirmed that I left with it!!! NIKKI brought me RELIEF, saved me a 40 mile trip, and made me a return customer for years to come. IHOP, thank you for hiring these women!! They are a TRUE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY….KEEP THEM HAPPY!!! Again, kudos to NIKKI and MONTZE!!!!

A friend and I went to IHOP in Rockwall before going to church. I ordered the breakfast steak tips and eggs, and was very pleasantly surprised. The steak tips were tender and tasty. Our server was attentive and vivacious without being intrusive. The coffee was strong, as I like it, and was supplied when needed. I'm not a pancake person, so I got the fresh fruit instead. The fruit was obviously fresh and not bathed in juice.

I ordered Uber eats last night for me and my Daughter and I’ve never seen Food from a restaurant come this poorly packaged. I ordered a 2X times 2X times 2x And my pancakes were nowhere near done. I asked for two sausage links as my side I received bacon and one sausage I asked for scrambled eggs. The portion that was given of the scrambled eggs was as if it was for a dog and not a human being. My food looks like it was just thrown into the packaging and I don’t appreciate it since I paid $45 plus tip I don’t recommend this location at all. It seems like they only care for the people that dine in the restaurant.

The food was the worst, the avocado was very bad and black the taste of it was so bad it tasted old and expired! They confused my order and it took more than 40 mins for them to check up on me while needed some condiments and drinks.
My mother and I ordered grilled chicken club. After waiting almost 30 minutes we were brought a grilled chicken salad. When I stated that's not what I ordered the waitress wanted to argue with me. She wished away the salads and after waiting another 20 minutes was brought out soggy bread that I'm pretty sure they just dumped the salad on top of. Horrible service. Horrible food. Will not go back to this location.

Went there for breakfast and the following day a bunch of fraud transactions were coming in from my card. The food was trash. They got a whole man serving guest in that place dressing like a woman and wearing a female name tag. This was my first time at this location and am definitely not going back.
