No other spot around can claim such a thing.Owner Victoria is a fun loving, humor filled kind of person, exactly what you would expect of a person who makes ice cream for a living. The staff here are mostly young folks who are always more than happy to help you with your selections.The best part of It's Fate Creamery is the ever changing special flavors, sometimes so limited that they last only for a single day. Unlike other places that seem to always have the exact same variety, IFC comes up with new flavor experiences constantly.A Rockwall County area pillar, I am sure that this brand will be expanding in a huge way in the years ahead. Here, the ice cream always tastes like home.Parking: Parking is generally available right out front, but during peak meals times you may have an issue getting a quick and easy spot due to customers of Pablos taking up the spots. First time here and not the last. I will say I almost walked out as they don't wear gloves or any hair protection while serving but my wife would have killed me for leaving. Cute little place, parking is difficult but the ice cream (made in house) is the best in probably a 50 mile radius. Just please, please wear gloves while serving customers. It's pretty gross to see workers coming out of the kitchen grabbing a serving spoon out of the water then scooping up the goods with no gloves or hair covering. Yes I am in the food business and have been for 40 years. At least the gloves and hair coverings make you look like you care about the customers you're serving. 4 stars for now but 5 stars if they wear gloves and hair covering.

GREAT customer service! The ice cream is so rich and full of flavor, everyone was patient and the price! You can’t beat the price combined with TLC?. I’ve tried it on Uber eats and in person and haven’t been let down. You won’t regret it, thanks for being AWESOME!!!!Also the scoops are GREAT service size. I’ve gotten “The Flight” both times and it’s enough for TWO people maybe 3! Can’t beat that for $8 (I added hot fudge and caramel which are 0.60 each I believe and was very generous and rich!)

We bought 2 of the 4 scoops and 2 of the 2 scoops customized sundaes. Spent $48. The 4 scooped sundaes looked more like the 2 scooped sundaes! All melted together couldnt taste each flavor from another. Were all in squared little to go containers. Hardly no whip cream and couldnt find cherry anywhere. But paid for them both. Sometimes its better to make sundaes like they use to be, big scoops with tons of whip cream and cherries!! Especially when they are $12-$13 each!!! Instead of portioned little bitty nothing there 1/2 scoops!! Takes the fun out of eatting sundaes when nothing is there to indulge in!! Very Disappointed!

My husband constantly begs to go to It's Fate Creamery. The ice cream is handmade in small batches; you can tell. They have new flavor options each week or you can opt for the surprise flavor of the week. Our absolute favorite is the cookie butter. They also offer edible cookie dough and cheesecakes. The staff are friendly and quick to help you pick your flavor. This adorable shop tucked away on Main Street has quickly become one of our favorites.
