I went through the drive thru and spent 43.00 when i got home and ready to eat i checked my burger and it had no meat on it!!!And when i called them no one answered. Really disappointed that i had nothing to eat. Did they not see a meat patty laying on the grill!!! It’s really sad when you spend that much money and you don’t even have anything to eat!!!! And of course they will only want to replace that one item but i think my money should be refunded due to employees not doing there job!!!!

The burger came out hot and fresh, seemed to be made to order. They put in the extra detail of wrapping it in paper, neatly. The diet coke was refreshing, perfect mix of syrup and carbonation. I didn't walk in, I used drive through so I can't speak to atmosphere, but above average presentation of the food for drive thru.

Way overcharged. App said .70 charge for a drink. I get my “emailed” recipt I was charged $3 for the drink!!! Rip off. Your phone number doesn’t work either. My sandwich wasn’t even correct either. I asked to speak to the manager to which she said “I can’t help you” I don’t know the app. Wouldn’t help me in anyway. Requested to get a call from corporate and nothing. Very poor service. If you mess up at least make it right! I shouldn’t have to eat something I didn’t pay for!
Why I come to the places makes me cringe when I see the quality of food and customer service. For that is where I take the blame. However for the inconsistent quality of food, mixed with horrible customer service is the franchise owner and management who hold the complete blame. Look at your reviews owners and management. Shame on you for tarnishing Jack in The Box reputation because your lazy and inconsiderate. Well see how long you last with a reputation like this.

Worst breakfast ever. I ordered 2 croissant meals. NO BACON on 1, & only bacon crumbles on the other. The hasbrowns were over cooked & greasy. Evetything had been sitting there a while. Only thing good was the orange juice.
