EDITED: the owner Jeremy went out of his way to find me and responded to this review. He was extremely apologetic and was very disappointed with what transpired. He rectified the issue and then some, and his staff including his manager Fernando made things right. This is what you should expect from all local businesses. I've been to various Jersey Mike's locations. This was an order through their app. My sandwich was made correctly. Every location is different when picking up an order. This location keeps orders behind the counter. I stood by the cashier, but he was very busy and didn't acknowledge me. Once I asked for my order, he quickly gave it to me. The only thing they forgot were napkins, no big deal. The restaurant was clean. Maybe put a small sign saying to ask for to go...

Love me some Jersey Mike’s! I have a gluten allergy, and it’s fantastic that they offer gluten-free bread. Even better—they take the time to clean the work area to prevent cross-contamination. It makes a big difference, and I really appreciate the extra care. Great food and great service!
