The 10 buck sandwich just didn't taste good. Not worth it in my opinion. I couldn't hear the person at the register very well but he was nice. This was my first time and probably my last.

The service was very rude , asked for my faint sandwich to be cut into 8ths and you would’ve thought I was asking for something for free or being rude to the employees they they resisted and was very rude about it I eat at many different jimmy John’s and have never been denied this request very poor customer service . New to this town leaves me wondering why ?

1 star is definitely 1 star too many for this location. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is despicable. I have never been treated this way at an establishment that I came to spend significant amount of money.
Dawson, Maddie and crew helped out in difficult situation. Very friendly staff you can actually converse with!

If you want no changes to your sandwich I recommend this place. If you want to remove something the lady with the brown curly hair won't let you you have to buy two regular sandwiches versus one giant.

I was backing out of your parking lot and this employee nearly hit me. I got out to ask did you notice me and to correct him. What I got was a lot of cussing and blaming, very unprofessional behavior .

The customer service here was not good thanks to Cooper who denied what we, the customers, told him we wanted after we made the purchase. He was rushing the entire order and that is what was the likely reason to not hearing us (even though i said it twice) to be safe on our part.The food was good, as it always is, but the customer service could be a hell of a lot better.
