First, I wanna start off my saying our server, Lucas, had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He nicely answered and explained all of our questions and recommend some of the best appetizers on the menu and they were all delicious. Second, God, the food was to die for. My mom ordered the meat lovers pizza and let’s just say, clearly someone can out pizza the hut. My dad and sister ordered the tortellini and you can just taste the richness and effort in the sauce. I ordered the Pasta Sampler and I could only take a few bites because I was full of the buttery glazed garlic knots and the rich orange dipping sauce but OH MY GOD ?.. words can’t explain how GOOD it was. The cheeses, sauces, and richness all blend together like one big creamy pasta dish. I haven’t had any food that genuinely made me feel happy. If you’re looking for REAL Italian, PLEASE go to Luigi’s. I definitely will be returning as soon as I can. Shout out to the cooks and our waiter Lucas, as well as the owner for his funny jokes!!

This place is amazing. From the food to the service I couldn't ask for anything better. I had the lobster ravioli. It was a large portion with way more crab than I've ever had at other similar restaurants. Our server went above and beyond to take care of us. Can't wait to go back again!

We loved our most recent trip to Luigis! Great food, clean atmosphere, and the best service in town! Next time you go, try a pizza with Alfredo instead of pizza sauce and add meatballs and mushrooms. I promise you will love it!

This used to be our favorite Italian restaurant... Nothing but problems and nasty thrown together food eventide we go there.... Mexican staff don't give a damn, including the rest of the staff... Mario really needs to evaluate, used to be great! Not so much anymore. Just another olive garden

Two words: meatball sub. It's not on the menu. They make it on garlic bread and I dream of it. Family owned business and they are so nice! Great breadsticks/rolls! The gnocchi and their house salad dressing are delish.

I was there about an hour ago. It was my very first time eating there, and I have to say, it was absolutely horrible. Almost even disgusting. I really don't like writing bad reviews, but this place was not good.First, it started with the waiter. He was very quiet, and I couldn't really hear what he was saying. Second, nothing against his personality, but he was very boring, dry, and not too friendly. Which is ok for the most part. People have different personalities, but some of them don't need to be in the restaurant/customer service business. The next thing that happened, (which made me almost get up and walk out, and it is almost as bad as a restaurant saying they dont serve sweet tea); was the tall waiter, buss boy or whoever he was, brought the bread and our plates out. When he came to the table I asked, "how are you doing" just to be respectful and nice. He turned his head, wouldnt make eye contact, and completely ignored me like I wasn't even there, and when he put the bread plates down, it was borderline slamming them on the table. That was just down right rude, and borderline disrespectful. When that happened I almost got up and walked out.The food However...well...the food was not good at all, and thats being nice about it. I ordered a seafood pasta with a white wine sauce. The smell alone was enough for me to not want to try it. It literally tasted like the way seafood smells when its sitting out too long. I was not the slightest bit impressed. The white wine sauce was like water or a real thin soup, and it had an awful taste. I tried to eat a few bites, but I just couldn't. So, I decided to try my wife's eggplant parmesan. First, it was so thin I could not even taste the eggplant, and the breading tasted like they just got it out of the freezer and deep fried it. However, it tasted better than my pasta.Lastly, I tried my stepdaughters tortellini. It was almost ok to eat, but again, it was not good.In conclusion, it is probably the worst Italian food and service I have ever had. That says a lot coming from me, because I don't ever complain or write reviews. I have traveled and eaten at many restaurants all over the U.S. and world, and this place was by far the worst. Its very unfortunate too, because my wife likes the restaurant. So, obviously I will never return to that restaurant again. I'm almost disgusted, because I still have that taste in my mouth.
