New to me is a worker having a panic attack leaving the station not finishing order. Seemed like a snow flake. A panic attack n then expect a tip. Worst business even worse customer service. My wallet had a panic attack never again. And for the record you are NOT like Cold Stone

Beyond racist. The store operator allows they're employees to be subjected to racism and harassment. I will be filing a federal complaint against this store and the woman who attacked those children.

We ordered and paid for a cookie cake for a birthday party and were told to pick it up at 11 am Sunday. Show up and it's closed, sign says 12 on Sunday's. We call they answer and leave us on hold while they check....explaining pickups start at 12:30 on Sunday. We show up at 12:15....hand written note says open late today. 12:35 they say 5 minutes....12:48 as I'm walking out to go get a replacement from Kroger....they finally give us the cake...supposedly was delayed due to it being spelled wrong and had to be fixed. Box it's in claims "custom cookie cakes in 15 min". Another customer also had a pre order that they were still waiting as we walked out ...late to the birthday party. No offer of anything to make up for our wasted time.
Disappointing and over priced. They were out of most options. Two kids working. One was friendly but had and I don't care attitude. Every time he got ice cream out to mix he would leave a fourth of it on the slab and then scrape it into the gutter. The other kid was hiding in the back. Not a single trash can in the store. The store was dirty. The owner obviously doesn't care if this store is successful. On the bright side the ice cream they did have was good, but $15 for two smalls compared to other shops. Definitely not going back and would urge others to head to a different store.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday party. When I went to pick it up the day of the party, no cake had been made. They had a reciept with my order, so clearly they had recieved it. The person working we unable to help, so he gave me the number of the general manager, who did not pick up the phone when I called. I called the next day and spoke to the general manager. He refunded my money, but otherwise offered no apology. When I asked, he told me they were short staffed and had no one to make the cake. But you didn't call to let me know?!? I got the impression this happens regularly. I told him he has lost a customer and he didn't seem bothered by that.
