Refusing to accept $100 bills seems unnecessary strict and other businesses handle larger bill without issue. If y’all don’t want to lose customers then I suggest fixing the policy and this tall blond hair employee here was not professional and didn’t know how to serve his customers.

Marcos Pizza has been our favorite pizza for a long time but our experience recently - very disappointing. Our pizza came out of the oven. We watched as 3 girls tried to cut our pizza. They were not wearing gloves and they would pickup the pizza with their fingers to look under it to see if it has sliced. So we had 3 faces hanging over our pizza and different girls tried to slice the pizza. When home - the pizza was medium warm and was not sliced through. Very disappointed.

I’ve been a regular customer for years, but after my recent order last week, I’m officially done with Marco’s. I ordered two The Big Cheese pizzas — both were contaminated. One had a visible strand of onion right on the slice, which completely killed my appetite. The other had a strong smell of peppers and even had a pepper seed baked into the cheese. I didn’t order onions or peppers, and I despise both.

This was a $27 order, and I had to throw most of it away. I submitted a complaint through their official site — no response, no apology, no refund. It’s been almost a week of complete silence.

This experience genuinely put me off eating for a couple of days. If this is how Marco’s handles quality and customer service, then I’m out. Go somewhere that actually cares about their food and their customers.

Multiple staff members standing around, gentlemen at the register was taking an order, no one greeted me, I finally spoke up when I saw an employee pick up his cell phone, my order was paid for and sitting there.

They don't use gloves while making the pizzas. Picking up the ingredients using bare hands is unsanitary.
