Don't go inside they don't want you inside. After a 2-month long remodel this McDonald's has reopened its dining room and customer service area to be the most customer-unfriendly place you've ever walked into. I waited 10 minutes before I saw an actual human being all of the employees are now hiding behind a wall. Another customer next to me has been waiting 15 minutes just for ketchup. Once an employee appeared they seemed irritated that they had to actually talk to people. You are better off going through the drive-thru and waiting in a long line there because if you adventure inside you will never be helped unless of course you only want to place your order on the kiosk and wait for your bag to magically appear 15 to 20 minutes later on a shelf. And hopefully your order is correct because, the employee will run away as quick as they can to avoid having any human interaction. I repeat for your own sanity avoid avoid avoid

Since the remodel, this is a horrible experience. The food is normal, we never expect much when we can go into McDonald's anyway. But we still were okay going, because the service was good. Not anymore.
What happened to customer service?? People don't take your order anymore, they walk by you without saying anything, when you forced to order at the kiosk, there are no numbers anyway. There also seem to be a little bit of a language barrier with some of the folks that did work there.
We will probably just try the drive-thru next time, which is disappointing. We will see if it's any better.

I ordered two one large one small chocolate shakes..got them home and it was chocolate liquid with whip cream..ask to speak to the manager just to let them know your machine is not working..I would think if your the one making the shack u would sure know...no offers to fix just..ok..thank u

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Literally every time I come here which is rare, people are waiting constantly. Everyone in the drive through has to pull over to wait for their food. When you walk inside there’s no one in there just abunch of workers either standing around doing nothing or running around like chickens with their heads cut off literally accomplishing nothing. For so many workers to be in there and the amount of time it takes to get your food doesn’t add up. I finally walked in after waiting in my vehicle for 10-15min after being told to pull off to the side. After walking in and asking about my order it was just sitting there along with multiple other orders from people all parked outside. This place need a major update on staff and some good training. Who ever the manager is needs some work.

Check your order twice before you drive off. Ordered through the app and didnt verify what was in my bag just counted the items. Ordered double cheese burgers they gave me single cheese burgers.

Geniunely the worst mcdonalds I've been to. They screwed both my order and the order of the person in front of me. Didnt give me a receipt, didn't give me my items. And the two boys at both windows were acting like their job was hard. Too hard to do it right I guess.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s you will ever visit. The staff is rude and you will wait forever for seemingly no reason.
The Mon-Fri breakfast and lunch drive-thru crew is great. Going on nights and weekends always takes twice as long and it’s highly likely your order is wrong. You’ll get zero service from whatever combination of high school kids that are working. Dine-in service is not good at any time of the day - food is usually pretty good any time you go though. We continue to eat here a lot bc it’s so close to the house, but try to avoid going nights/weekends.
