At 10:37 on 4/11, I advised my order was not correct at the window. The woman at the window at the drive thru demanded to see my bag like I was being dishonest. I am a paying customer and never should be treated like this.

I stopped to get something to eat, placed my order, left to wash my hands in the restroom and there was a huge roach on the hand dryer. I took a picture and alerted the staff and they apologized but never went to the restroom to remove the roach.!!

Placed a simple order and waited over 30 minutes for my food which they handed to me cold without apology. Staff was young and disorganized and no regard for me waiting in lobby.
