Minced Meal Prep

Minced meal prep is GREAT! I was tired of trying to find healthy easy prep or frozen meals & found minced. They use good ingredients, have lots of variety, and make it easy to pick up every weekend!

I was happy to stop in today and get stocked on some healthy meals. I think i went over board when I saw my receipt, but everything looked so good. I had to have it. I am an OTR driver and tired of all the junk food at truck stops!!! It is so easy for me to just break down and eat bad foods. I remembered minced from a year ago or so and was never able to make it back, but thank the Lord I got a load coming through rockwall!!!! It was a blessing to come in and buy some delicious food and get a few turmeric drinks. I believe I bought them out. Anyway, I don't mind spending a fortune on awesome food. The only thing I wish they did was not put sugar in the meals, and it would be nice to get sugar-free meals and desserts. That would be awesome!!!! I'm dealing with a health issue, and i have to deplete sugar altogether!!! Anyway, it was great to come in, and the girl that was working was definitely super sweet! She definitely has really awesome customer skills. Thanks for everything. I will be back and this time it will be sooner!!!

A Godsend during cold & flu season. I needed to purchase some elderberry syrup early in the morning, not only were they OPEN, but they were ready to help and eager to understand what I came in for. Ended up leaving with 2 of their in house virus bomb trio sets and feeling really taken care of. This place is great and I can’t wait to check out something else there soon!

I can’t say enough good things about MINCED MEAL PREP! Kels has truly changed my life with her meal prep service. Every meal is not only delicious but perfectly balanced, fresh, and made with care. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does really shines through in every bite. Not only has this service saved me so much time, but it’s also helped me stay on track with my health goals. Kels is an absolute gem kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I absolutely love this place! I’m not a cook, whatsoever, so now I can have fresh and delicious meals prepared and not be relegated to processed/frozen foods. The folks who work here are incredibly kind and go out of their way to assist you. I’m amazed at the variety of tasty dishes that they come up with!

I absolutely LOVE minced meal prep! I have been customer with them for years and they truly are the best! First off, customer service is always incredible, beyond helpful, and informative of their products! Their food is guilt free, gluten free, and they also have paleo friendly, low/no carb, and keto friendly options which I love! They have a rotating menu so there are different meals every week which keeps things exciting! Whether I’m rushing to get a meal for work or meal prepping for the week, minced has made it so easy and enjoyable to eat healthy! Love this place and the people!

I went to Minced today and was greeted by a friendly face. Kelsey was helpful, knowledgeable and the food was stocked, the place was clean. They had everything I needed and then some! Today I purchased the Turmeric shooters and also the Flu Bomb soup. Both FANTASTIC!! I visit here often and it is so nice to just pop in, grab a healthy delicious meal, snack box or salad and leave knowing I am eating something clean and healthy.
Everyone I have ever encountered working here has been incredibly helpful and kind. Vegan? they have stuff for you!
Keto? they have options for you! gluten free? they have stuff for you as well. They have bulk proteins that are awesome for when I am short on time I can pop in grab some and in like 10 mins have dinner ready for my family. I could go on and on about this place. If you haven't tried it what are you waiting for?? Rowlett and Rockwall locations!

I can’t say enough about Minced Meal Prep! The food is great and tastes amazing. Every time I come in to pickup my food I’m greeted with a warm smile. I get my food for the week and almost everyday I’m asked where I get my food because it smells delicious.

My husband and I own a gym in Rowlett and have been getting our food from Minced Meal Prep for years now and absolutely love them! Everything I have had is amazing and saves me so much time when preparing meals.I can't recommend them enough! We tell all of members about Minced Meal Prep!
