Minced meal prep is GREAT! I was tired of trying to find healthy easy prep or frozen meals & found minced. They use good ingredients, have lots of variety, and make it easy to pick up every weekend!

I was happy to stop in today and get stocked on some healthy meals. I think i went over board when I saw my receipt, but everything looked so good. I had to have it. I am an OTR driver and tired of all the junk food at truck stops!!! It is so easy for me to just break down and eat bad foods. I remembered minced from a year ago or so and was never able to make it back, but thank the Lord I got a load coming through rockwall!!!! It was a blessing to come in and buy some delicious...

A Godsend during cold & flu season. I needed to purchase some elderberry syrup early in the morning, not only were they OPEN, but they were ready to help and eager to understand what I came in for. Ended up leaving with 2 of their in house virus bomb trio sets and feeling really taken care of. This place is great and I can’t wait to check out something else there soon!
