Only because I have to put a star they get one... I stopped eating at this location because every time I gave them the benefit of the doubt -especially because I LOVE all the other napolis... it's worse than the time before. Service is trash and honestly.. save your money and energy for the drive to Wylie or rowlett location.

Here's my take - Location- in a weird strip mall. Arrived on a Saturday around 6pm no crowd, seated right away Inside - old, sorta dirty Service - attentive, respectful, nice Food - delicious. Husband ordered chicken parm & it was SO good. I ordered Eggplant Parm and it too was delicious. Large portions & garlic rolls were Devine Drinks - none it's BYOB which I absolutely hate and makes me never want to return unfortunately Overall - great food (have it delivered so you can enjoy it with a martini from home) skip going in Two stars just because the food should be great.. they offered nothing else to make them special. Solid 2 stars nothing more

New to the area and have tried a couple other Italian joints. This was by far the best we have had. Chicken Marsala and meatball parmigiana sub were both on point. Service was great. Will definitely be back.

I ordered veal Tuscany it comes with spaghetti the veal was tough the spaghetti sauce doesn't even look red it's no garlic Italian flavor ,rolls don't taste like Italian rolls it just taste like fresh baked bread Caesar salad was homemade dressing which didn't even taste like Caesar it's been 20 years I guess I will not be going back in another 20 years and the olive oil on the side was insipid and had no garlic taste /old , place is in need of a facelift , maybe the pizza is the thing to otder ,,, sorry to have To post such a negative review

We had ordered pizza via GrubHub a couple times but was excited to get it fresh out of the oven. Our first attempt was a Saturday night. We showed up 30 minutes before close and I was quite disappointed with how we were greeted. It was almost as if they didn't want us there so they could close down early. We decided it was a sign and left before even seated. But, we decided to give it another try. And, we were glad we did. We were meeted with such a cheerful young lady. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and had Alfredo sauce to go with the awesome bread. Our pizza was the meat lovers and it was fantastic. And huge! So glad we tried again and we will be back. Super tasty pizza, byob and killer bread.

They used to be real good, years ago. Now, not so much. The owner is rude too, when you bring it to his attention and will tell you not to come back. Not that we needed to be told, we won't be back. Too many good Italian food restaurants to waste your time with rude people that are in the service industry. Try Luigi's just up the street from them, now that is good food and service over there.

Love their pizza and pasta! Best Italian in Rockwall's hands down! I get the chicken parm with Alfredo :)

The food is good. We haven’t had anything we didn’t like. This place is older but it is always a solid good place if you looking for a place for good food that’s usually not that busy.

Service is good but the food is awful. The chicken in the chicken parmigiana tasted like it was made a week earlier, frozen, and reheated. Inside and outside of the restaurant is also dirty and poorly maintained.

I give them five stars not that the food is world class but the fact it is really good and consistent quality. The family is on site and attentive. I really appreciate the fact that the family that owns the place cares about the food and their customers. Prices are really good. Pasta and pizza and great. Not taken out of a freezer bag and boiled.

Had cannelloni beef with Alfredo sauce. Tiny bits of beef sprinkles. I cannot eat anything with tomatoes. Cheese overload. Service was good. My husband's lunch (tortellini) was very well prepared.

Terrible manager! Horrible customer service! Extremely rude and nasty man! While I'm not totally sure, I suspect his attitude is racially motivated. He was nasty to me twice when I went there to pick up takeout. First time he followed me around, giving me suspicious looks even to the bathroom door. Second time he glared at me sternly, didnt return my greeting until I left. The third time, he refused the waitress handing me my food and shouted at me to walk up to him and collect it. When I confronted him about his behavior, he said "if you don't like my attitude, stop coming to my restaurant!"

Excellent pizza and my favorite fettuccine Alfredo! The rolls are homemade from scratch and absolutely delicious. It's a small family owner operated restaurant and I highly recommend supporting this wonderful small business
