OK, I have never been in a “Nothing Bundt Cakes” before, but if they’re all like this, I can’t recommend it more highly! First of all every single flavor is amazing! But at this particular location, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and just all-around lovely people!

I was traveling and asked for a fork, spoon and napkin so my husband and I could eat our cake I was told they didn’t supply, I could buy napkins. What? Not really finger food friendly. My local location in AR supplies both a fork and napkins. I won’t be going back to this location.

10/10 recommend this location for gifts and special occasion treats. I have always loved NBC and ordered the flamingo bundt cake in strawberry for a family member’s birthday. There was a delivery mishap, and the manager went above and beyond to fix the issue for me. Customer service was top-tier. My concerns were met with empathy and sincerity, and my family member was able to enjoy this beautiful cake. I got to have some too! I will certainly return for more cake treats in the future!

Such a disappointing experience!! First time at this location. Ordered a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday (white chocolate/rasberry), Sunday July 6. Cake was undercooked! This is one of our favorite flavors, and favorite place to buy cakes for any occasion, but Rockwall location, this is unacceptable!

I must say they have outstanding customer service. I went today to pick up order. There was issue with it and they fixed it as quickly as possible. Went way above what I would expect a company to do to make me a happy customer

Received really wonderful personal service requesting for some corporate gifts. Packaging was super cute and decorated for the holidays.
Great team at the Rockwall location.
Storefront is clean and lots of gift ideas as well besides the sweets. Display case was tempting as well.

We come here at least twice a month (and my thighs show it, but that's besides the point). The young ladies who work here are so super kind! Not one time have I encountered service that was less than amazing. Today, Allie helped us and once again, amazing. The Bundt cakes are deeeeelicious. The perfect dessert. We're fans!

Horrible customer service. You can't even reach them on the phone. Even the message hangs up on you. That alone is enough to take my business else where.

I’ve been to the Rockwall location many times, so much that I’ve considered it my location. But today was the worst I’ve ever had. I have always gotten the white chocolate raspberry bundtlet bc it’s my favorite. Today’s was terrible!! I didn’t get an opportunity to see the one the salesgirl chose for me before she bagged it. When I got home and started to eat it, I found it in bad condition!! The bottom of the cake was smooshed to one side, and there was a big glob of raspberry off to one side. This shouldn’t have even been in the showcase and sold. It should have been discarded. I went ahead and tried it wanting to give it a chance to eat better than it looked. Nope!! It was inedible!!In conclusion, it will be a very long time, if ever, before I return to this location to make a purchase.
