Don’t come here unless you want cold food and no manager in sight. Came in for a birthday dinner and the chicken Alfredo was cold and it took our waitress forever to comeback and check on us. By that time I was ready to go and didn’t want them to remake it , and she said let me go get the manager. Nope. No manager came, but they made me pay 12 dollars for a salad that I didn’t eat. So in reality they only lost 5 dollars. Seemed to be more worried about the money than the service! Go elsewhere!

Received a gift card for the holidays, so I decided to treat my lady and myself to a nice dinner. We were sat immediately and served by the most friendly and kind server I’ve seen in a long time. She had a great attitude and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that she had just finished her training and this was her first solo shift. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. If you haven’t tried the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo it is amazing. Great experience and will be back!

Worst experience ever! Food was cold regarding the soup and meatballs. Waitress took for ever on bringing us simply breadsticks. And when asked for anything to go she brought the wrong soup and said it would take a few mins, which took longer and never came back. We left.

We waited 18 minutes for a refill of soup and salad. She brought a bowl of Alfredo for the breadsticks and the bread sticks came out 11 minutes after. You all know once it’s cold it’s like paste. The first round of soups were room temperature. I asked for a new bowl of hot Alfredo and she said I thought they brought it. As she is looking at the pasty Alfredo sauce. The second round was no better. The hottest thing that came out was the meatball appetizer. The atmosphere was extremely loud. No ask if we wanted refills on our drinks (tea and water) Very disappointed and won’t be coming back anytime soon. They were not slammed there were 7 empty tables/booths in our section so not sure what the issue is. She brought the wrong soup and then she is like “oh” we had to recall it! She did receive a tip. Which she probably already saw because she closed us out. She offered us breadsticks and soup to go and brought the wrong soups. Won’t be back!! Need to step up their game if they want us to dine here again.

Edited years later from 3 stars down to 1. First time back in years and it was worse. That’s literally Insane.
Things have gotten wayyy worse. We had the most terrible food. The breadsticks were overcooked and hard as a rock. We waited a while for our food and when it finally came it was lukewarm and the Alfredo was curdled. 75% of my shrimps were overcooked. It was so bad I sent it back and got a refund. The manager never even came over to talk to me about the experience, the server just came back and said “The manager said we would take your meal off the ticket”.
My husband’s meal was with broccoli that he said tasted like dirt. He sent his meal back too. She offered to have his taken off the ticket and we agreed but after 20 minutes of her coming and asking if it was off yet (it never was), we got fed up and just paid and left. The server was wonderful. I already forgot her name but she is Romanian and was so kind to us.
They charge over $20 a plate for this nonsense. I’ll never return to this location, and I doubt the manager even cares about the quality of this place considering how bad it is every single time.
The atmosphere is great and the wait isn’t horribly long for the most part, but the food is lukewarm almost every time, and I don’t want to pay as much as they charge for lukewarm, small portions. Will stick to Tony’s in Greenville.

We had to wait for food almost 20 minutes. We ask for refill soup and took more than 20 minutes.
Usually we never had problem before at this location.

The service, salad, bread sticks and soup are, as always, great. What made this special was I wanted a variation of a menu item and they happily accommodated. It was soooo good! Definitely top on my list of restaurants in this area.

Food was horrible. We both got the endless soup salad and breadsticks. The bread was hard, the salad was wilted and the soup made us both sick. Plus we ordered wine and it was out of stock. Got tea and it was Un drinkable
