Cane into Panera and was happily greeted by Brandon (Brendon) he shared with me that I had quite a few rewards that were due to expire. Which I was completely unaware of. Great service and very clean.
Thanks you Panera staff

Yolanda in the drive-thru is consistently in the worst mood, has seemingly very little concept of customer service and always leaves me and my coworkers feeling stupid. She has literally denied the fact I had a mobile order even when I showed her the confirmation. She has a serious attitude and tone issue and -In my opinion- shouldn’t be in a customer facing position. I understand disliking your job but maybe you should consider something other than a food service job if you can’t minimally fake a happier tone and smile.

We tried Panera in Rockwall for the first time as I was looking for sandwich & soup. We used the mobile ordering for this one. That went ok but I wanted to add a cookie and it wouldn't work for some reason, so, I had to order that in the drive thru. We each got different sandwiches. They each came on different breads. Dad had the tuna and him eating it was a hot mess. Hubs had the chipotle chicken avocado melt. He said he picked it because it was the highest rated but it didn't have much flavor. I got the chicken bacon rancher and it was a bit dry. The chicken is like sliced deli meat, so don't go in expecting a chicken breast. Dad and I got the broccoli cheese soup and it was good. The chocolate chip cookies were good but not worth 3$ each. I think we'll stick to our fave sandwich shops as we thought they just try to do too much here with all of the variations. With all that being said, the drive thru guy was very quick and nice!

We've had both dine in, as well as take-out, at this venue. The service has been consistently great, as well as the food, and the wait time.

Everytime I go to this Panera their portions are so light in quality. I just ordered 2 bowls of soup for $16 and I got 5 bites from each before the rest was all broth. Do better Panera.
Panera Bread is one of my favorite spots to work during the day. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and comfortable, especially during mid-morning to early afternoon hours. There's plenty of seating, including booths and tables with outlets nearby, which makes it easy to plug in and stay productive.
The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, and the staff are friendly without being disruptive. I love being able to grab a coffee or a healthy lunch while getting things done. The background music is subtle enough that it doesn’t interfere with calls or focus. It's also a nice bonus that the environment feels safe and welcoming, whether you’re working solo or meeting with someone for a casual business chat.
Definitely recommend Panera if you’re looking for a relaxed, professional space to work during the day.

Worst Panera Bread location ever! Waited over 10 mins for 1 strawberry smoothie. Drive thru had 5 cars ahead of me so I went inside and the smoothie still wasn’t ready! Will not be back!

This is no rub on this location but I feel like every Panera location has this flaw. I wouldn't say it's short staffed but it is very difficult to place an order upon walking in. This seems to me to be a bad business model and could easily be fixed with some sort of Bell system. Let me explain... On many occasions when you go to the front to order no one is there. I did not see a place where you could place an order at a machine kiosk, however it's a pastry area so if you want a quick bite to grab it takes a bit to get noticed because all the staff is arranged in the food prep area and take out section. Now do take note that I do not frequent in the mornings. The times that I've visited have been in the down time of 2-4pm. So I wouldn't say it's a fair assessment and certainly doesn't warrant more staff needed. The food was good. But this is my gripe about Panera and I will duplicate this review for the other locations as same issue.

The cleanest Panera I’ve been to. And I’ve visited many in Texas. Love the design in this location, with various nooks & crannies as well as wide spaces for tables for a larger group. Even outside seating too. Love how organized & clean the beverage areas are abd just the interior in general.
Appreciate how friendly & warm but in a quiet professional way the staff are. Food made well & pastries look fresh & inviting in their layout. Impressive.

I've been to a lot of Paneras over the years, and this one, by far, caught my attention. The workers were all working really hard and were all really nice. Food came out quickly. Not a bite left over for our family. Great job!
