We’ve bought pizza from here a few times and we love it! Great costumer service and very sweet people! If they have questions about my order, they will call to confirm it’s what I want. That’s very caring of them and you don’t get that anywhere else. They also deliver very fast! It is a little pricey but I think the pizza it’s delicious ?

They charge 2$ for every topping when building your own. So either you like what their specials are or screw you. Build your own with 7 toppings = 33$, Special with 7 toppings = 25$. Someone didn't do their math when writing the menu.

I really want to give this place five stars the only thing is is the red sauce did not taste what I like it to taste like. I can't explain it but after 3 or 4 take out pizzas from them. I'll prob order a different sauce next time. That's okay I'm sure many people love it. Other than that great experience really good people on the inside, very nice, the crust is pretty good too. Please don't take this as a bad review, just feedback from a Joe Shmo.

I haven't eaten tomato sauce on my pizza in years because it's too heavy, too plain, etc. We were traveling through and the hubs really wanted pizza. The pepperoni pizza was FIRE!!! The sauce was so flavorful and not too heavy. Wish we didn't live 250 miles away. Don't pass it up!

Started an online order. Popup ad gave code for a free cheese pizza with the purchase of an XL. At checkout, I got a message that the code was not valid. Downloaded their app. Got $5 off code. Also not valid. Had to be used in the store, not online. I went someplace else.

The pizza here is delicious, one of the best I had. I was skeptical at first because I had to wait 1hr+ after my order was supposed to be ready due to staffing issues. Employees were gossiping how bad it was that they got a bunch of orders last minute. They made sure to check on me and provide updates. When I did finally get my pizza it was fresh and hot just like my hangry attitude. Management can be better.

Tried Pizza Factory tonight (usually Mona Lisa Pizza customers). This was probably the sloppiest presentation of a pizza I’ve ever seen. We ordered the thin crust “all the meats” pizza and received it soggy, cold and as it the pizza had barely been heated/cooked at all. Not at all impressed at the $25 spent for one large pizza when this is how it was delivered to us. Gross. Never again.
