I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to tell you how bad my service was over the phone. I was calling to order a pizza and I asked the lady are you in the store and she put me on hold a long time and when I call back, she hung up on me. I’m a longtime customer. I don’t appreciate the bad service when I just want to make sure that the pizza order got to the store because the last time it didn’t get to the store and I had to wait a while for the pizza to be made. This is bad service. I’m not going back. I just wanna share my experience.

Gotten my order wrong several times. Whenever they hand orders over to door dash, they always forget stuff; drinks, sauces, sides. And they dont answer their phones half the time so they just take your money without giving you everything you order unless you go up there in person. Not ordering from here anymore.

Got my order wrong twice and told me come to the store. This store has terrible management and didn't fix the situation. It's getting too late to even eat my food now! Why am I paying extra for delivery fees if I have to go to the store. I'm missing the UFC fight I paid not to miss.

Their ability to make an awful pizza is so amazing!
What I love more is that they ensure the pizza is ice cold when you get it.
The best part is that the pizza is rock hard because of how long it takes to get it.
Amazing achievements as pizza this bad takes dedication. What’s more is that the do not offer refunds or credits even when they don’t deliver your pizza.
You read that right, you get to pay for nothing. It’s essentially a non-tax-deductible donation made to this Pizza Hut so they can further their mission of bringing terrible food, service, and business acumen to Rockwall!

For the 10th time, We found No Sause on pizza, cheese thin only a few uneven sausage pieces on large pizza. Was greeted with "what's your name"! I was hoping it would be better after going else where last 5 times getting pizza. Try to harbor Campisi's pizza, cost more but 10 times better. Been on hold for 20 mins to complain with no answer, I've had enough time to make this review and still no answer. This is for the Rockwall TX 870 Rusk St. store. Feel like need to let you know that if the call the store number, the line will be answered by someone in India and not at the store. If you ask to speak with the store manager, they transfer you to a line where you'll hold for 25 - 30 mins and then the person will hang up on you if you seem to be unhappy or start to ask questions about their pizza. Recommend not supporting this Pizza Hut location- 870 Rusk, Rockwall, TX
Ordered my pizzas at 6:10 with a 7:00 estimated delivery. Tracked showed 7.05. At 7:15 no pizza s I call the store. My pizzas were still there. I got my pizzas 1 hr and 40 minutes after I ordered. One of the pizzas was wrong and both were not warm.

Well this guy that was at the counter when I came to pick up my pizza was SO SO SO pleasant and I mean he made everyone who came in after me smile even made me smile … and I don’t smile. So anyways the little personal pan pizza was wrong but I looked at the ticket I put it in wrong I just wanted plain cheese but it wasn’t but it was totally my fault I went back in and said it was totally my fault and he let me keep the first pizza and gave me the second one I needed to order free and said “it happens don’t worry about it or bless someone else” so I read the other reviews and I was like there’s no way BUT then I found out that he just helps here 2 nights a week so that makes sense but I asked him his name and he said MAYBERRY … yeah like the Andy Griffith show. Idk that’s my review food was good no complaints and sweet as hell guy

You have to go to great lengths to make bad pizza but this location accomplished such. Ordered two tavern style pizzas and double breadsticks. The breadsticks were hard and crusty like they had been sitting under a warmer for an hour. The pizza was overcooked, crusty dry, and disgusting. By far the work pizza I’ve had. Will never again buy from this location. This place should be shut down for not meeting a Pizza Hut franchise standards. Yuk!
