Yesterday I was at Qdoba for lunch and I was greatly surprised when I received the recommendation of the soup, it is delicious. Their staff did not hesitate to recommend it and give me a try.

This location is honestly the most friendliest place I’ve been too! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt so welcomed , the place was clean and the food was hot and fresh ? I’d honestly pick this place over chipotle . Definitely coming back very soon!

I can say that the food and service is great, we ordered a quesadilla, nachos, a bowl, and a burrito and everything was delicious. I read some of the reviews and I regret not taking a picture of the food so you can see that the portion of food is good compared to Chipotle which is 10 times better. I hate when people write reviews to get free food and write whatever, like one I saw very recently that said the size of the burrito was small and you can see on the background an almost finished plate, the burrito is wrapped and you can clearly see they unwrapped the burrito and ate half of it. Why not take a picture of the food when you just got it? They waited until they were done or almost done with their plate or burrito to take the picture and write unfair things. That's pathetic. Be honest when you put reviews. Must of the restaurant quit giving free food because of people scaming with false reviews. Grow up people and put honest, truthful reviews. Love Qdoba never disappointed, glad to have a closer location.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your [lthe Rockwall location. I waited 10 to 15 minutes minutes due to understaffing, ( there were not alot of customers when I came in) and when I received my bowl, there was barely any chicken. Only after I mentioned it did the server add more.
To my surprise, when I went to pay, the bill was higher than usual. I was told I was charged the full price despite the initial lack of meat.
I'm a regular customer at Qdoba and usually enjoy my visits. However, tonight's experience was extremely frustrating

I thought I had found a Chipotle replacement but NOT! If you can believe it, their portion sizes are even smaller than Chipotle. Well, at least at this location they are. I’ve never had Qdoba before now but I think I’ll stick to Chipotle. But there is an upside, you don’t have to pay for queso or quac when adding it on your bowl.

Could we possibly reconsider who handles the food at the bar. There’s an old African American lady sweating all over the the place and it really ruined my appetite no hate tho she seemed sweet.
