Just because I order on DoorDash doesn't mean I'm not a paying customer. If anything, I'm paying more for DoorDash. To get my food and either my burger is overcooked and burnt or they forget my ranch for my cheese fries. When I order inside, I'm able to get half an order of fries with cheese and jalapeños, but when I order on DoorDash, I can only get a full order which is too much for one person. I called and asked if I could add cheese. The girl was very short just said no you have to get the full order. I manage a restaurant and I understand how challenging it can be when someone other than the management answers the phone. I'm leaving this review because we do really enjoy rodeo goat and hope this can get resolved. The girl sounded annoyed and asked what the name was again and again which came off like she wasn't listening. Ordering for a family of five once a week gets pricey plus we go inside about 2 to 3 times a month If this happens again, I'm done.

Autumn was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made our visit even better. She took the time to answer our questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the service really stood out. Me and my wife truly enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

They can’t keep up with a rush, clearly management doesn’t know how to plan accordingly. We sat there for over 30 min before anyone came over, I had to go in to get menus and find someone to get our drinks. Then I had to go back in again to find someone to come take our order. 3/6 orders were missing stuff. Still, not sure who our waitress is- I had to go in and ask for napkins. We wanted drink refills etc and still no one ever came. So AGAIN, I had to go back in to get someone for refills and explain what was going on. Yes restaurants get busy but this was absolutely insane and unacceptable. Still not sure who our waitress was- absolutely horrible experience. There’s no host as well, and when I asked a waitress who’s serving what sections, she said “we all are” , which doesn’t make any sense. They should have their own sections and know new customers have seated. Not normal by any means. I literally had to go hunt down someone in the restaurant every single time. It was a beautiful Sunday on a holiday weekend, management should’ve planned accordingly. Unacceptable

Stopped in because my boyfriend was craving a burger, and it exceeded expectations. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. He loved the Bodacious Burger, and even the house fries I tried were delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

They are always amazing 👏 the excitement of what's the next battle burger is a great concept. Took friends there for their first time and it was nice. They did mess up my order but I said I would pick around the bacon I didn't want, and the next thing I know the manager was bring me a burger on the house to make up for the minor mix up! I didn't expect it nor did I make a big fuss because they were super busy and I get it orders get mixed up a little during rushes no big deal. This is why I keep going back most places wouldn't bat an eye at making good on a little mistake but they definitely go the extra mile to show they care!
