I had a bad experience on Food, we order the fajitas for 2, first the fajitas were Not Hot!!! They were warm then when we move them around the bottom part were Plain Cold!! Second they serve us fajitas like if it was for one Person, I even ask them if we were missing another plate cause that wasn’t enough!! Not worth this Place The Tortillas were just warm.
Wouldn’t have mind but serving Cold food!
Our total was more than $60 bad bad bad

We ordered Chorizo, potato, egg, and bacon breakfast tacos. They are as big as my hand.. the flavor was good ( personally I would have liked more chorizo) love the breakfast salsa. I only eat their breakfast here even though they serve lunch and dinner. Everytime we come to Rockwall we stop.

3.0 stars. 1st time to eat at this location. Stopped in for Taco Tuesday special. Caught off guard as it’s been a few years since eating at Rosa’s and the pricing for the special has increased. Chicken was lacking in quality. My hard shell tacos were soggy and beans watery. Restaurant had a good many tables that were dirty and sticky.

The one in Waco Tx on Franklin Ave I worked there as a busser I got treated badly I got embarrassed by manger infront of customers, the manger’s name was angel and she was alway bullying me around the other employees would watch me struggle with tasks because of my height and not help so stuff would fall on me and I was disrespected by everyone in there except a few ppl got accused of taking money from customers told to stop going to the bathroom when I have a medical condition that I can’t control I got my stuff stolen and nobody did anything about it just brushed it off like nothing and literally got shoved out of the way by another employee so when I quit they also refused to give me HR number and sent proof that wasn’t even true to HR without showing me evidence first so I can confirm I did it. They have roaches crawling in the dining area and said it’s ok

Best fast food beef fajitas, that is all I have eaten there!!

For cheap fast food, this hits the spot, I love the fresh tortillas. I'm not talking about fine dining here. It's got good flavor, the condiments bar is always fresh. Never had something I didn't like there. Service is fast and friendly. Always met with a smile. I hit Rosa's before shopping at Costco. The chocolate cake with chocolate & pecan icing is yummy. Sopapillas are again always fresh with REAL honey.
