I dream about eating Chorizo and egg Burritos from Rosa's. Tuesday's are my cheat day from working out and diet. The flour Tortillas are fluffy and wonderful. The coffee is really good here, just need to be a bigger size. Great service and very clean restaurant.

Food is always decent but seems to have fallen in quality as it increased in price. I visited both one in Lubbock and Rockwall in the past 3 days. Pretty much the same experience at them both. Chocolate cake is always good.
