Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.

so the fact that you give your employees less than a WEEKS notice that they are losing their jobs is super messed up. I talked to the girl at the window today on your closing day and I was stunned to hear about this. it's sad and bitter sweet to have everything closed but the way it was handled has me even more upset.

Not consistant. Always forget to give me part of my order. Great when they first opened then continued to raise prices and cut back on portions every time i ordered.

I ordered 2 wraps and the hummus with chips. Horrible absolutely Horrible. First of all the experience was sour. The customer service was bad, the burritos were so skinny with more croutons than chicken. The hummus was great but the pita chips were more like pita crumbs. Almost all dust. Finally when I payed the worker tried double charge me. She claimed my card had not gotten through even tho I was looking at my account. Once she realized the mistake she just blamed it on the day.

Wanted a salad tn to be healthier while the rest of the family got pizza and let's just say I ended up eating the pizza instead 😭 service was really nice regardless so I gave it 2 stars. Never again though

Drive thru ONLY. Employee was very friendly and patient as I looked up their online menu and chose my food. Autumn salad was delish! Very reasonably priced, too!
I love salad and go specifically the cob wrap. The only issue I have is one of the window drive through workers is rude. As well as my girlfriend is allergic to avocado and so every time I tell them No avocado for her wrap and they still put it. Workers need more training 1 on 1 to make sure there giving good customer service.

I will always recommend and rave about this place (and this location)! Breakfast is where it’s at! You can’t beat getting a breakfast burrito the size of TX that is not only scrumptious, but is also hella cheap! My strawberry lemonade and breakfast burrito only cost me $5 and some change!! I showed up yesterday at 6:30am on the dot, I was informed that their oven was moving alittle slow and thus the wait would be like 5 mins longer than normal.. I advised that was fine— what else am I to expect first customer of the day?! After paying and moving to the other window, I don’t even think I waited 5mins before I got my order. The lady employee that was serving me apologized profusely about the wait and gave me a BOGO coupon for next time due to the wait. This was not necessary at all!! I love how professional and polite this lady was (I should have gotten her name). Employees like her will always keep me coming back as a repeat customer!! Way to go North Rockwall Salad and Go!!
