I love a Schlotzsky's since I was a kid. This location on the inside seems well kept. The employees are usually fairly courteous. I try to grab my favorite sandwich there whenever I'm in the area at least once a month.

One of the best restaurant staff I have seen on this side of the city. We ordered $5 pizzas through the mobile app and I did not look at the pricing carefully. The app gave a $5 promotion for one pizza and the rest was in full prize. I did not realize until I picked up the pizzas from the restaurant. I returned to the restaurant to ask them if they could do something. Unfortunately system did not allow them to do any store credit or return the money. The staff suggested to call the manager. But, surprisingly 10 minutes later one of the store staff called me and she took care of everything by talking to the manager herself on the phone. They revised the bill. Thank you for your courtesy and service. Oh! the pizzas and the cinnamons were excellent.
SUPER staff! Found out Wed b1g1free pizza by accident today. (In the drive-thru) Ordered a 2nd same pizza by reflex. (It has avocado) Called my coworker/neighbor to see if she'd like 1 of them & she does, but she doesn't like avo. ?♀️! I'm too short to knock on the windows so when Ms. open up to give me the order I'm "would you please put the avo from 1 pizza on the other 1? AND THEY DID! SUPER NICE about it too! No huffy, no puffy, a nice young man brings it around to me all friendly (pulled up so I don't block the drive-thru). Thank you Staff, I promise I'll be less ?? the next time I stop by. Before this I'm a every so often customer. Now I will be in more often to support your place of work! And the food is good too, but I've said goodbye to good food before when it was accompanied by unkind peeps. Keep kind! I couldn't figure out an employee code on my receipt or I'd give a shout out! but you know who you are!

Always check your bag. I can’t count how many times they have forgotten our chips. Did it again today 2 bags. Too much of a hassle to drive back over. Not the 1st time. I have had to turn around in the parking lot around and go back several times to get my chips.
