I have been coming to this Schlotzsky’s for 10+ years and can honestly say I love the fresh buns that are made daily and my go to is the Bacon Beefy Smokey cheesy on jalapeño bread paired with jalapeños chips and a coke! 10/10 for sure. The owners take pride in this place and you can tell. One day I will make sure to use them for catering! Love this place and can’t wait to go back again soon.

Rockwall location: I am beyond pressed and satidfied. I didn't get the young ladies name who rang me up, but she was AMAZING! She was RESPECTFUL, KIND, CURTEOUS and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I complimented her, gave her a tip and told her how amazing she is, and to keep up the good work.

I went the drive-thru on 12/2/25 at 4:30 pm. Got up to the speaker, waited a bit, but a voice belonging to Vicente came over the speaker to ask if I could wait a bit. When he returned to the speaker, he apologized for the wait and took my order. I wish all customer service employees knew that these small exchanges make a huge difference. Even though I had to wait longer than expected for someone to take my order, the acknowledgement makes a big difference in how the interaction goes. Once at the window, he thanked me for waiting. Vicente is the type of employee every restaurant needs. The sandwich was made to order and the loaded potato soup hit the spot!

Well I was there to get my grandmother a sandwich cause she was tired of the hospital food and I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for them to open just have some lady walk up to the counter and inform me that the computer system was down and then turned and walked away. So to say the least didn't get anything to eat and won't be going back there.

Extremely rude employees and awful service. They were so slow and playing around the entire time and acted like customers were a bother. They messed up both of our sandwiches and ingredients looked spoiled. I will NEVER return to this location! DRIVE FURTHER AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!

Ordered specifically turkey #6, said meat cheese and mayo only, he repeated it back. . .and yet I got tomato (allergic, thank you), lettuce, onion and mustard. It's not that hard to follow directions is it?

I love a Schlotzsky's since I was a kid. This location on the inside seems well kept. The employees are usually fairly courteous. I try to grab my favorite sandwich there whenever I'm in the area at least once a month.
