I've been a regular customer who usually enjoys the Fiesta Chicken Sandwich from this place. However, my recent order, three days ago, was a complete letdown. The chicken was dry and tougher than my previous experiences.Upon contacting the restaurant, I was promised a resolution, but the manager's attitude when I arrived was anything but accommodating. Despite having an electronic receipt, I was hassled about not having a physical one, making the situation unnecessarily difficult.I ended up purchasing the subpar sandwich again, mainly to spare the delivery staff from the manager's attitude. It was a strange and uncomfortable encounter, and I'm left questioning the professionalism and customer service of this establishment. The manager's behavior suggested a lack of understanding and a reluctance to address genuine customer concerns.Considering this experience, I'm hesitant to return, and the overall service has left a sour taste in my mouth.2/2/24

Overall the entire experience deserves 5 stars.The young man at the counter whose name I didn't get was very gracious and patient. He waited for me to clarify something with my sister in the car. The food was DELICIOUS!! The Sandwich was a little pricey but worth what you get for the size! BUT... The SOUP WAS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!! A small "bowl" (that's really just a small CUP) of broccoli soup was MORE THAN $5!! If I'd have known the size I was getting for $5.50 I 100% would NOT have gotten it... & the thing that's irritating is I ASKED HOW BIG IT WAS & was told "like a BIG BOWL of soup". To me that doesn't a small side. I was not happy at all - so DON'T GET A BOWL OF SOUP thinking it's a real bowl! The dessert was too expensive as well, not as appalling, but I wouldn't get it again.I'm only getting the sandwiches here from now on... IF I even go again, bc I don't like asking specific questions & getting told things that aren't correct.So... POCKETBOOKS BE WARE!
