I find myself frequently visiting this particular location in the DFW area, as it is consistently my favorite. The variety of options always keeps me coming back to try new flavors. The smoothies are always blended to perfection, providing a refreshing treat. I'd also like to mention how kind and helpful the staff is, making each visit a pleasant experience. 8:50 pm when I walked in on 6/10 the young lady with glasses had a little attitude as if it bother her that I walked in this late. I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had an experience like this one. The smoothie didn’t even taste the same as if she made just to get me out of her way. The other young lady that was there was nice and smiled as any other person in the service industry should.
Hopefully her attitude changes for the best on my next visit.

Love this location! I get the banana power meal shake with espresso and it’s always fantastic! Very friendly staff and the store is super clean and well stocked!

The only reason I gave 3 stars is the service was exceptional slow. I had placed an order for pick up giving the store a good amount of time to have my order ready. When I arrived to find the store empty I thought surely my order is ready they're not busy at all. Well now my disappointment they hadnt even started my order 3 employees no customers and my order isn't even started. If it wasnt for this I would've given them a 4 or 5 star food was good and fresh just customer service has died it seems.

Two weeks ago , I visited Smoothie King, in Rockwall, Texas. I had never visited this location, but since it is close to my doctor, it was convenient. I ordered a strawberry, banana smoothie and a sandwich to enjoy on the way home. The smoothie was watery and tasteless. The sandwich was ridiculous. It had one, very thin slice of meat as well as cheese the same way, making the sandwich 95% bread, with no sauce, such as mayo, etc. My cost was a little over $20 for practically nothing. I would rate this location a 1, out of 10. I will never go there again. I will also tell my friends and acquaintances, not to bother going there. I would expect a refund, except I lost the receipt, and I know that they will only make excuses and take the employees word, rather than the customer.
