I stop by the Rockwall location every day to pick up smoothies for my grandma and a few employees at the retirement center. For the last month, the lids have not fit. I complained and was told they accidentally ordered the wrong ones and were working through them.
Every time you squeeze the cup from the middle, the lid pops off. After the third time of it spilling on me, I went inside and asked them to make me another one and when they were gonna get the new lids, I was told by the shift Manager and the other employee that it must’ve been my fault, that I grabbed it wrong and completely denied telling me they had the wrong lids. If anyone from corporate would like to reach out to me I would be happy to share the video.

3 stars are for the service. The GLP1 protein taste like artificial sweeteners...no flavor at all from all the various ingredients, only artificial garbage..so disappointed and now searching for another smoothie company for my PBJ with protein that tastes like PBJ and whey protein

I think this may have been the BEST prepared smoothie I've gotten from Smoothie King EVER! Thank you Rockwall location, the Mesquite (on Town East) can use some lessons, their smoothies are the absolute WORST!

I find myself frequently visiting this particular location in the DFW area, as it is consistently my favorite. The variety of options always keeps me coming back to try new flavors. The smoothies are always blended to perfection, providing a refreshing treat. I'd also like to mention how kind and helpful the staff is, making each visit a pleasant experience. Overall, it's a great place to go.

8:50 pm when I walked in on 6/10 the young lady with glasses had a little attitude as if it bother her that I walked in this late. I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had an experience like this one. The smoothie didn’t even taste the same as if she made just to get me out of her way. The other young lady that was there was nice and smiled as any other person in the service industry should.
Hopefully her attitude changes for the best on my next visit.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is the service was exceptional slow. I had placed an order for pick up giving the store a good amount of time to have my order ready. When I arrived to find the store empty I thought surely my order is ready they're not busy at all. Well now my disappointment they hadnt even started my order 3 employees no customers and my order isn't even started. If it wasnt for this I would've given them a 4 or 5 star food was good and fresh just customer service has died it seems.
