Right off the bat, the smoothies were really good. I never had one from smoothie king, so it was pleasant to try, however, they are Purr-ice-y! With two smoothies, it was almost 20$. The employees seemed to be waiting for us, which was very nice, but as my cousin said, they all looked very tired and a little not there, so I assume business was so slow they lost the customer service spark. Not their fault, it happens. Otherwise, it's a nice place to go for a 'healthy' treat, but not an everyday adventure to me. Hope things get better for the workers!

I normally do not leave bad reviews as a business owner but I feel like it’s time. I have been going to this location for years because the smoothies are great. Unfortunately they don’t really have any competition which is why I believe their service is now garbage. I get a smoothie at minimum twice a week and sometimes daily. Under previous ownership you walk in and they were friendly and even called you by name. Now…. They don’t even say hi much less know your name. If you are looking for service…. This is not the place. The moment I find a competitor taste wise, they will get my business.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any smoothie king before. Everything from management to the quality of my smoothies. I ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies later in the day and the wait for it was unacceptable. It shouldn't take more than 10 mins to make 2 smoothies. I also find it inappropriate for there team to be gossiping about their personal lives. There were comments being made about someone's pregnancy and poking fun at appearances due to it that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The conversation was not something that should have been shared especially in front of customers. Furthermore both smoothies I ordered felt clumpy and incomplete. I travel a lot for work and smoothie king has always been a consistent reliable place for me to have smoothies. But this location I will not be revisiting.

This location has always been great but this time was bad. I ordered an açaí bowl and there was literally a metal spring inside that I bit into. What if I swallowed this? I came back in and they happily remade it but that shouldn’t have ever happened. I could have choked or broken a tooth. What if this was for someone’s kid?

The first time I came I ask for a small drink the girl went ahed and gave me the large one, I’m buck again and this time they did gave me what I ask for
I picked up one of these for my wife on the way home. Got to sample and I must say it was very tasty. Place is extremely clean and if you want health food they specialize in it. The staff are mostly young people but you can see they are trained and ready to help you.

I ordered the activator blueberry and cherry online and when I try to get my order they told me they don’t have blueberry and they will refund my money…. I told them to change with strawberry…. I am so sad I ordered additional 2 protein powder but they gave me only strawberry and milk which is so thin all sugary. This is my first bad experience from smoothie king

Lady gave me an attitude cause I was looking for my order. They had put it in a cooler because they had mistaken it for door dash. Mistakes happen but the attitude was completely unnecessary.
