It's a gamble if what you ordered matches what you get, especially when it comes to sauce on your burger and removing the onions. But they make a decent corn dog, so I can't complain too much.
Parking: The parking bays are not sized to always accommodate a full-size truck. Gotta be careful of the wing mirrors.

Every time I order a burger I ask for no cheese and ever time they put cheese on it. This has happened several times to the point that I don't want to order anything from Sonic. Tonight we made a big point of saying "no cheese " yet my burger had cheese.

Ordered at 11:13 said it would be ready to pick up at 11:36. Clearly shows on the app and on the maps when u look it up (open till 12). I had this happen at the Princeton location but they answered and set my food out cause I had got up.

3 cars at stalls.. after screen acknowledged I was there, it took 7 minutes to bring out my drink. I usually tip $1. Did not this time.
My wife and I love sonic. We frequent the OTHER 2 in rockwall. Since my wife was at the post office, she stopped at this one. We will never return. Service was great as well as fast. Kuddos there. HOWEVER….. both Tot orders were overcooked which is not that big a deal. The SERIOUS food quality issue was the after ONE bite, we looked at each other and promptly THREW AWAY BOTH of our double cheeseburgers. The meat had that gamey rank taste like it was thoroughly GREY before you cooked it. Gross…. It was 5pm prime time traffic so rather than 45 minutes HOPING to solve the issue, was just scavenged out of the fridge. Sonic Corp, you owe me 26 dollars and you should PRAY that a food inspector doesn’t walk into your cooler.

Nice folks but they tend to forget stuff and make wrong things. Paid for 44 got large. Never give you the sauces that comes with certain items. Really need a better system checking orders.

I remember Sonic from my youth. This thing they have going on now? Nope! I couldn't even get kraut for my foot long coney. The chili on it was burnt. My cup of ice, which I always inspect, had some kind of gritty residue in the bottom of the cup.
