It's a typical Sonic, nothing fancy. Service is a little slow (I know they have problems hiring and retaining employees), so cut them some slack. Food is hot when it needs to be, and drinks are cold.
This store frequently turns off their DoorDash app ordering in the app so it shows "closed" during regular business hours multiple days and hours per week. This was my only way of ordering drinks during work because the other Sonic near me doesn't have the large size listed in the DoorDash app. I called this store and they said they'd fix this a couple months ago. Still not fixed and they've shown up as closed multiple times just this week. I've even called with DoorDash on the phone so they could fix it and they still keep doing it. Really disappointing.

Whoever owns this franchise should lose it! If you cannot hire better staff than that then you don't deserve to own this restaurant. Usually, I wouldn't leave this bad of a review; however, the girl working the drive-thru was a terribly rude person with horrible people skills. It is 12/02/2022 at 9:24 pm so you can narrow down who the employee was. I will NOT be spending my money here in the future if I see this girl working. Congratulations, you just beat out McDonald's for crappiest employee working window.

I went @ approximately 9:30PM and the young people at the drive-in were courteous. They got my food out quickly and it was all correct and super hot. The first fry I ate almost burnt my mouth! The food was excellent, the kind of quality I'd expect from Sonic. Thanks for everything.Parking: It's a SONIC. They have lots of places to park.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes. The staff moved at snail speed. 3 cars left the drive thru line because the wait was so long. I waited and when she finally handed me our milkshakes she didn't even apologize. I said uhm 20 minutes for 2 shakes is unacceptable and she responded with they are training. I watched most of the staff stand around while one person did the shakes. Won't ever come back here.

My whole family ate here last weekend and the food was not great we were all nauseous a while after we ate and then about a hour or so later it was like my 5 year old had food poisoning. He had extreme vomiting. It was so hard to see him that way.
