I’ll never go to this location again. Went to grab a coffee for myself and cake pop for my kiddo. The girl at the drive thru window was not friendly. As soon as she opened the window she didn’t say hello just handed the credit card machine for me to pay. Never looked at me when handing me my receipt or items and didn’t say bye. As soon as she handed me my coffee she closed the window. If you’re having a bad day, maybe don’t work in customer service and take it out on your customers. Manager please see who was working the window and get them some additional training. This was 9/9 around 1:20pm.

Went through the drive-thru I ordered a Carmel frappe drink the lady I didn’t remember her name but she took my order at 12:55pm-1:00pm and give one drink it wasn’t right then I repeated my order and turned around she gave that drink and said I’ll make a new one she came back to the window and still with the wrong drink I’m disappointed I come all the time and get the same drink today was not a good day

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I think the staff is great the manager I believe her name is Mindy. She’s really nice and I think she makes enough effort to hire a team that reflects that as well.

Very rude. I ordered from here all the time. One day I'm sitting inside, plenty of empty seating still, and they come and bug me because they think I'm not buying anything soon enough. Don't have this problem with my local location that has much less room. I'll stick to there. Not coming back.

Sat 20 minutes in drive thru for a coffee. When I finally got to the window my item was cold and I asked for a remake only to have an attitude from the lady working.

I went to starbucks on Mother’s day, the line was really long so decided to go inside. WORST decision ever. Was in a huge rush and the workers are moving EXTREMELY SLOW with zero urgency. It took them over 5 minutes to acknowledge us and then 25 minutes to make my drink. We were there unnecessary long. All the workers were just socializing and taking their time with making drinks. I was very patient but seems their main focus was JUST the drive through. This was very unacceptable and needs to be fixed.

Manager needs to fix the issue that if we stand for 20min and not be acknowledged and never get order that there is a huge problem here. Only staff I've ever had there to be sweet and helpful was Jesus and he wasn't there this morning sadly! Service this morning was rude, long and unacceptable and I left without my order!
